Completely renovated beach house only a 5 min walk to the San Clemente Pier, beach and restaurants. This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and chefs kitchen. Outside you'll enjoy a large wood deck with a gas fire pit, TV and plenty of seating. Golf cart NOT included

The house was lovely. The location was great. We were able to walk to the beach and walk to town very easily. There were just a couple of minor things missing there were no boogie boards and the umbrella was very small. It would be nice to have a lamp in the second bedroom as the overhead light didn’t work.

Kris was a great host and easy to reach any time. The location is a very short walk to beach and downtown. House is fantastic with a huge porch and decorated so well. Loved the finishes in the house and the beach vibe. Extra points for cleanliness and comfy beds

The description of the house was spot on. Absolutely great location- walking distance to all the yummy restaurants and cute shops. Super easy check in and check out process.I would suggest bringing your own shampoo/conditioner as well as some wet wipes for the counter.

This was our first time in San Clemente and we are counting the days to go back! The house was beautiful and right near the beach. The waves were great and the pier was beautiful. The owners were so sweet and offered to pay for our dinner on the pier due to a hiccup with housecleaning. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Great aesthetics and location…literally a three min walk to beaches or shops/restaurants on Del Mar St. House has a cool refreshing vibe that instantly makes you relax. Kitchen is fairly well stocked with the basics of what you might need for quick meals. Parking wasn’t an issue. Beds were very comfortable. It was a great place for us to stay for a long weekend in the summer.

We stayed there with our kids who are adults and teenagers . The house was clean and had everything we needed for beach etc . We loved being able to walk to the restaurants and shops . We walked to the beach as well. But if you need to carry chairs etc to the beach you may need to drive . We did because it was a little ways if carrying things . House was so cute and we enjoyed the fire pit and outside seating as well. Only two bathrooms was tough with teenagers but made it work . The street can also get pretty busy with traffic so you have to be careful walking or driving out of driveway . Otherwise we loved our stay ! 😁

This home was exactly as described and what you see in the pictures. It was perfect for celebrating my wife's birthday on Memorial Day weekend. Home was immaculate and was well-stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen was a great place for us to hangout in the evenings while making meals. Our favorite area of the home was the front patio/deck area. It was so nice to spend our evenings out there relaxing in front of the firepit. Also has a nice big tv out on the patio, but I think we only turned it on once. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable as is the couch in the main family/tv room area. We spent our days at the beach which is just a 5 minute walk down the street. There was always plenty of parking down at the beach even on Memorial Day weekend. It is a downhill walk so going back up might be a long/tough walk for small kids or elderly. But the house is close enough where you can just go and get your car to pick people up that don't want to walk back, as well as to carry all of your beach gear. The owner had plenty of beach chairs and toys to use in case you don't want to bring your own. The owner, Kris, was very responsive and always available to answer any questions. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located. The downtown area with lots of great shops and restaurants, the beach and San Clemente pier are all within walking distance. Parking at the house was never a problem as you can fit two cars in the driveway and there is street parking. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, Kris! My wife had a memorable birthday weekend! We will definitely be back in the future! Randy

My husband and son and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house. It is beautifully decorated in beach-themed decor and cheerful colors, and was immaculately clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, from kitchen appliances & beach gear, to plenty of towels, extra bedding, etc. The owner always responded quickly to my questions. We also loved the location: an easy stroll to nearby shops and restaurants, as well as the beach and pier. It's the best vacation house we've ever stayed in and we can't wait to go back!

The rental was exceptionally well appointed, clean and well located for a short walk to the beach. Very comfortable and the outdoor deck w/fireplace and TV made for great nighttime football/baseball game watching. The one thing is the wifi could be faster but this maybe due to the location and the infrastructure in the area not being available. I had 3 people doing WFH activity so as you could imagine larger files took time to down load. I would def recommend this place as it truly was exceptional and once we all were focused on relaxing vs work it delivered. I will be back just not carrying a work deadline with me.
