About this house rental
Relaxation and sea view guaranteed in this delightful detached villa just 300 meters from the sea in a quiet and peaceful area. It is very comfortable, bright and equipped with large outdoor and indoor spaces ... From the splendid terrace (equipped with wooden tables and chairs, with two sun loungers / deck chairs, an umbrella) you can admire a "breathtaking" view ... On the ground floor there is a large well-furnished living room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a large TV, a super-equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, plate, pans, dishes, kettle, coffee makers, washing machine, ...) and a bathroom with shower.From the living room, climbing about ten comfortable steps, you reach the sleeping area with another beautiful bathroom with shower, a double bedroom (with a large bed) and a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed. the rooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes, mosquito nets on the windows and column fans.Even from the bedroom windows you can see the sea ...

Traveling about 400 meters of a pedestrian street, passing through a gate of exclusive relevance, you arrive at the wonderful Arenella beach which is partly "free" and partly equipped with bar / restaurant, sunbeds, umbrellas, boat rental, canoes, wind surf,...
It is also possible to reach the beach by car, as it has a secure parking area.
Casa Margot is part of a small residential village (where cars cannot pass) and can only be reached on foot from the main road which is 300 meters away. To load and unload luggage it is however allowed to reach up to 200 meters from the house. It is certainly the ideal place for those who want to get out of the hectic life of the city by enjoying a relaxing seaside life!
