The Villa is located on the edge of the village of Rio Marina, close to services but in a very peaceful position in a splendid luxuriant park. It offers many shady spaces to relax in and a roof terrace with views of the nearby sea. The port with daily connections is only 5 minutes away by car. Very beautiful villa "Serena", detached, renovated in 2023. 2 km from the centre of Rio Marina, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden 2'000 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool (9 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture. In the house: roof terrace, bicycles available (extra). Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 2 km, bicycle rental 1.5 km, bus stop 750 m, ferry "Rio Marina" 2 km, sandy beach "Ortano" 3 km. Tennis 500 m.
