Couples trip to visit friends. Beautiful condo, quiet area close drive to restaurants and grocery. Just what we needed

The pictures do not do this place justice. The space is abundant and allowed our family is 5 plenty of room to spread out. The beach is so quiet and you feel like you actually relax. Perfect is all I can say.

Our 1st time in the Manatee key area but not our last. The condo was very nice! Lots of room for everyone. Nicely furnished and everything we needed for the beach in the storage area. The beach was very nice. Several very nice restaurants on the island. Overall an outstanding week in Florida.

My wife and I recently stayed at this property for approximately 2 weeks due to Hurricane damage to our home nearby. Upon arrival we could not get in the unit as the entry door hardware was broken. The property manager resolved the situation by removing the door handle and putting a piece of tape over it. It was repaired 3 days later. The unit is very spacious and has great views as advertised. It was clean upon arrival. I am not sure if it was from the recent Hurricane Ian but it has significant damage to 3 of the bedroom floors. The door to get onto the master bedroom deck (nicest deck in the unit) was not operational so we could not use that deck which was very unfortunate. The other sliders to outside decks did not work very well either but were operational. The biggest issue we had was when it rained water came into the unit thru the Master bedroom Slider and also another slider in the rear of the home so we spent that day trying to keep the floors dry to prevent further damage. Admittedly we had a significant storm one day. Also the ceiling in the living room leaked from the unit up above. Not significant but annoying to have drops of water hitting you while watching TV. While we were there several of the units in the building were having work done to them from damage from Hurricane Ian. I wish the damage to this unit would have been disclosed to us prior to our booking. We would not have booked it had we known. The unit needs to be repaired from I assume damage incurred from Hurricane Ian. With that and a little TLC to the tired furnishings it could be very nice. You can tell it was built in 2004. Overall not a terrible experience but not a good one either. We expected more for the price and were happy to leave a day early.
