The managers were there to greet me.

No blanket in room just sheet and thin cover. Only one water bottle included When paying $275 Bar next door music loud until late Morning you hear all of the talking in the kitchen beneath you. Slept 5 hours max.

According to photos and the price string we assumed there was a swimming pool. There was not. The picture was of a club near the beach they had a deal with in 2022. A bit misleading we think. Our mistake we booked after looking at the pictures and not reading the facilities

A quiet and clean b&b

the room was very clean, quiet and had a very good Wi-Fi signal which helped me work remotely without issues. the backyard breakfast area was lovely. no elevator but for me it wasn’t an issue. Enea is a great host, always there to assist or answer questions

-there is no parking -room was a bit too hot and some air-conditioning facility upgrade is needed there since the existing is a bit noisy and doesn’t keep the place cool adequately -a bit pricey

Select an Historical Tuscany Residence for a quiet stay, close to the Beachfront

Nice historical house next to Carducci Museum and Birth Place. Up above the sea level in the start of the Tuscany mountains, the freshness of the location was perfect in this heavy Summer heat. House built around a nice green patio with trees and flowers decorations. Very nice and copious breakfast served in the patio.

In this historical context, an appropriate attention to the furniture and decoration of the room should have been appreciated. Basic contemporary furniture pieces or imitations of antic pieces were not a plus. Our bed was leaning on the external wall and behind there was the central air conditioning motors for the B&B that we could hear from inside, all night. Not very pleasant.

We truly enjoyed the stunning facilities and our wonderful host Luigi. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, it included delightful cakes homemade by a fantastic dessert chef who lives in the village. Our 2 rooms /suite was very very comfortable, very large modern bathroom, great WIFI connection made it a great place for us to work remotely.

My stay was quite good, the hotel is very small and this alone makes it more exclusive.

The restoration and transformation of the place makes this small hotel quite artistic and elegant. The back garden is a hidden gem which make you want to stay there for a long time.
