The location was excellent. It was well equipped and clean. The staff were spot on. So helpful and responsive.
The wash basin in the toilet was small and the oven was high. The front elevators were out of order but we managed.

Perfect location, super clean everything you need is in the apartment, host communication excellent. A/C in both rooms brilliant.
There was nothing not to like. If being picky the bathroom cabinet is so close to the sink it's a bit difficult to wash your face, however the shower facilities are awesome.

Stylish, well located, comfortable, clean.
We were in London for a special occasion. Unfortunately we were unable to access the property at the pre-arranged time which resulted in us having to cancel dinner arrangements and worse - it made us 20 minutes late for the theatre.
We also did not like repeated messages to vacate the property by 10am.
