Good for a one night stay.

Friendly staff—front desk and bartender. Clean ! Close to airport with a shuttle. The happy hour was wonderful.

Breakfast was less than expected. The medium coffee urn was empty and even though the staff came into the area to check on the area, the coffee was never refilled, over a 40 minute period. The packaged pastries were still cold(frozen??) and no way to heat them. The oatmeal “toppings” were half empty and the containers appeared to need a good cleaning.

Clean, close, quiet and super comfy

It was super clean, bright and cheery. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and the bed, bedding and pillows were super comfy. The restaurant and bar were also a surprise as it was pretty good for a hotel and the free breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had. The parking was also nice, clean and right against the hotel. It is extra so beware but it didn’t bother me as this is very standard these days. Super close to the freeway but far enough to be quiet like I said. Staff were great! Will stay here again!

More than adequate, but we needed more help than we got, especially departing in the AM. Fine if everyone is fully angle

Convenient location, pleasant room, comfy beds, and surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel.

Being charged for the shuttle to the airport was a surprise, and we didn’t get to take it. My adult kid had broken their ankle a couple of days earlier, and couldn’t get up the shuttle steps—not accessible at all. We also could have used more help with bags in the AM. I’m 82 years old and had to load the heavy bags onto a cart by myself.

Over all good experience

Location was good, weekend guy was a gem he needs to be the standard that you train all your employees around. Make him the trainer.

Your weekend bartender was horrible, she was rude and unprofessional does not know how to treat people. Can not handle waiting tables and the bar and is more concerned about talking to her friends then the guest.

Terrible departure experience

Breakfast was just ok. Not much fresh fruit.

The mansger was rude and refused to accept written proof that i ordered one room, insisting irrationally that I reserved3 rooms. The charges made no sense. My credit card company agreed the charged were ludicrous. I want a refund.

One time out of many

I love everything about this location. The fresh smell walking through the door, the well maintained continental breakfast, the comfortable beds, the peaceful environment, the amazing bar and the friendly staff. I love this place!

The only issue that I had was my Internet wasn't working this time and the hotel notified me that there is an outside company handling the internet and the only way to receive the Internet is to give them my Mac address, which I was uncomfortable doing. So I spent the weekend unable to access the internet. I understand sometimes things may happen, just take care of your customers. Prior to today all of my stays was GREAT!

This is a standard 3 star hotel that is a little more modern than other 3 start hotels. It does charge a lot more than others. For example, Courtyard Marriot nearby is almost 1/3 cheaper.
