Welcome to our BEACHFRONT studio condo, located directly on the whitest and softest sand of Sand Key Beach, on the Gulf of Mexico. Sit on your private beachfront balcony, and enjoy SPECTACULAR SUNSETS! This studio provides optimum tranquility and privacy due to its location on Sand Key's private beach. This open concept Studio provides spectacular beach front views.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a murphy queen size bed (sleeps 2), two reclining sofas .
Open space living room with a flat screen smart TV, lots of closet space, and a large outdoor balcony, perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets while overlooking the ocean. Located on each floor are washers and dryers for your use. Entry-way balcony offers a view of the inter-coastal waters of Clearwater Bay. Enjoy the family-friendly environment, with access to the large outdoor swimming pool equipped with lounge chairs and tables. We also included a set of the beach chairs and umbrella for your convenience.

necessary due to Clearwater's convenient and accessible public transportation (Jolly Trolley and PSAT). Condominium grounds include outdoor showers on the beach entrance, and pretty gardens surrounding pool area, as well as barbecue available for outdoor grilling.

Perfect place, fully stocked with whatever one could use. Pool was beautiful, as was the beach! Incomparable sunsets, close to just about anything you may need or any place you may want to go the grill by the pool added a nice touch. We plan on coming back for another visit, it was paradise on earth. The hosts are very responsive to questions, answering in a very timely manner.

We recently stayed in this unit and can't say enough good things about it. We were wondering how spacious a studio would be, and we were pleasantly surprised at how much room we had, not only for storage but to be comfortable in the unit and not feel cramped. The murphy bed is a great way to utilize the space.
The kitchen is very well equipped. We had everything we needed for any type of meal we were preparing. The unit is very well stocked.
The bathroom shower is amazing as well and nicely updated.
aaaaannnnd the view!!! just spectacular!... The Clearwater area is beautiful.
The owners are wonderful to work with. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed and taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
