About this house rental
Welcome to our Mountain and Lake Retreat. We are located in Lake Harmony Estates. The home sits on a cul de sac backing up to one of nature's wonders a Glacier made Boulderfield. Enjoy nature and the serenity it provides in our three/four bedroom home. Two baths, laundry and plenty of living space provides ease of living. Including a gas fireplace, large dining table for family and friend gatherings, front and back decks and walking trails to the Boulderfield. The home is updated with many home amenities and impeccably clean. Enjoy watching your favorite sports game on the HD TV or playing bumper pool, and board games to your heart's delight. Outdoor activities abound, Take a hike or tell someone else to. Walk to the lake to enjoy the views. Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski resorts are within a five minute drive. 5 minute walk to Lake Harmony. Where you can enjoy a private beach, tennis courts. and many water activities. Nature is a focal point of our home. Wild Turkeys, deer and wildlife at its finest. How wonderful to share all of this with family and friends. Linens are not included. To obtain weekly rates guests must stay two nights of the weekend. Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday. Or all three.

2 lighted decks with picnic table, chairs, fire pit and propane BBQ grill.
Access to private beach on Lake Harmony, Tennis Court, and Shuffleboard Court available in walking distance.
Home Layout:
First Floor: Mudroom entry from front deck, Spacious Living Area with flat screen TV and new enclosed gas fireplace., Large farm kitchen table seats 10, 1 bedroom with queen bed and access to large back deck, full bath and laundry closet.
Second Floor: Large loft with Day bed and trundle, large bay window with beautiful views, dart board, 2 bedrooms one with queen bed and a single bed, second with a single and a set of bunk beds, full bath on second floor.
Our home is just over a 5 minute walk to Lake Harmony, a private lake that permits fishing, power boats, water skiing and swimming. Our private lake community beach has a swimming area, picnic tables, and beach volleyball court. Tennis and Shuffleboard Courts available for use in the neighborhood. Hike the trails Hickory Run State Park and Austin Blakeslee Natural Area both just a few miles away. Ski Big Boulder or Jack Frost Mountains both minutes away which also provide snowboarding and snow tubing. Other nearby local attractions include Pocono Raceway and Split Rock resort. Other activities include snowmobiling, horseback riding, paintball, hiking white water rafting, fishing, hunting, miniature golf, water parks, casino gambling, bowling, movie theater, multiple golf courses and outlet shopping. We do not supply linens for the beds or towels. Comforters are provided for the beds.

Great communication, cool little cabin with a lot of room to sleep guests. Great location, and the deer come right up to the house.

From the moment we pulled into the driveway we knew we were going to have an amazing few days. The property was spotless inside and everything was clearly instructed for us on how to get the place set up.
There is an awesome firepit on the side with many woodland creatures visiting. We didn't feed the deer because it's not good for them but they were incredibly tame. One came up to us like a dog! We just said hello and she moved along!
The Boulder Field in the backyard was a surprise!!! We spent a lot of time back there with the kids! They loved to climb and explore!
Convenient location to the lake and private beach!
Communication with the host was incredible as this was a last minute place since our original plans canceled on us last minute... the host was amazing in quickly getting us set up and settled. We were thankful for this cancelation so we were able to discover this place instead!
Highly recommended! Will be back!!!

Everything was perfect with the house. Communication with the host was very efficient . The only minor issue that I can name is that there're just a few channels in tv and no way to access on demand TV (Netflix, Disney +, etc)
