With room for 14, your family and friends can enjoy the large open concept living room with vaulted ceilings upstairs, including a wood burning fireplace, giving you that Pocono-getaway vibe!
2 Living rooms gives everyone an option- the upstairs Great Room is open concept layout~ roomy family room with multiple seating options, a large Smart TV, and wood burning stove to keep the house toasty in the cold months. Access the large upper deck thru sliding glass doors and make yourself comfortable. The indoor dining area is adjacent with seating for 8, with additional 2 seats at the kitchen counter; Great for family meals as well as game night!
Our kitchen is roomy with everything your chef might require for great meal preparation! Full cookware set, plating for 14, 4 slice toaster 12 cup drip coffee maker, dishwasher and more.
The lower level living area offers the wet bar, 2 person Arcade Table, additional living space including sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and another smart television. Access to the lower level deck via sliding doors to reach the covered seating area and hot tub

• The ever-popular Nick's Lake House and Shenanigans are less than 1 mile away for a fabulous meal and great cocktail. The sunsets at Nick's outdoor bar cannot be beat in the summertime!
• Walk to Split Rock Lodge on the lake for their outdoor beach bar, Thirsty Moose restaurant and more.
• Schedule your tee time at Split Rock Golf Course, just a mile away
• Reserve time on the lake via LakeHarmony Watersports or Captain Wolf...rent paddleboards, canoes, sessions for tubing, wakeboarding, and waterskiing. Harmony will also rent sessions on a pontoon boat so you can fit everyone at once!
In addition to the lake and skiing, we are very close to ATV tours, restaurants, bars, h2ooooh waterpark, golf course and slopes. Literally less than 5 minutes. And Kalahari Indoor Water Park is about 20 mins away. Hiking, mountain biking, paintball, NASCAR racetrack, Jim Thorpe, horseback riding, whitewater river rafting, pumpkin & Apple picking. You name it, it’s all within 5-20 minutes from us!

The property is great for a fall getaway. We had a wonderful time. Celebrated my mother’s 70th birthday. Three couples, two single members, and 6 kids. Had a total of 14 ppl. Positives, host was very responsive, the whole way. The downstairs was adorable- tv, arcade game and three rooms along with the upgraded bathroom and shower. Upstairs- open kitchen, access to upstairs patio, perfect to entertain. The rooms and beds were made up and clean- towels for all and extra blankets pillows in the closet. Hot tub was good. Plenty of parking. Had wildlife come up to the house and made it more amazing. Location to the places to eat and do things- great! There’s a supermarket/liquor store close by so that was helpful too. If we had to list some negatives that should really be addressed it’s the following. The listing for beds/rooms was kinda confusing with 5 bedrooms or 6, so we brought blow up mattresses in case. The pull out bed downstairs was pretty dirty when we opened, so no one slept on it. The upstairs loveseat was broken and there’s wood sticking out. The bbq needs to be replaced, in really rough shape, we handled it with tinfoil. The upstairs bathroom-small, slanted, and tight, needs a huge facelift, as the tub has huge rust stain from a drip- no one really used it, we used downstairs. Air conditioner was used during the day and started leaking so we turned it off.Overall we loved the weekend and plan on doing similar for years to come :) Thank you!

We booked the place for my 50th birthday weekend. There were 10 ladies. The house was clean and in good condition. Everything you needed was available, including all the Kitchen basics and then some. we were close to all the area attractions and everyone slept comfortably. The host was great at answering all my questions and communicating. Any information that I needed. We are already thinking about going back next year.

Beautiful country. House suited our family just fine. It was clean, but needs more maintenance. Sliding door screens ripped, some deck rail nails popping out and not sturdy. Fixture over dining room table did not work (some pieces wrapped in electrical tape). I would not recommend it for a family with small children. Also, not a good supply of bath or dish towels. We have stayed at other homes in the area, so I do not think we’ll book this one again.
