Location. Very well stocked kitchen. Hot tub.
Did not look like the pictures at all. Very outdated and needed lots of work. Couldn’t get the main floor tv to change channels. Nine of the clocks worked. Lots of broken lights on the deck which were dangerous. Electric heaters broken and rusty behind the beds. Pool table cues didn’t have tips so you couldn’t use them. Football table was broken. No seating in the basement except a futon. Pictures show a sofa. It was very hard to watch the tv with no seating . Very pronounced sweet smell for two days. Had to have the windows open. I called and they said it was from cleaning and to prevent bugs. Could hardly take the smell. Two bedrooms were in the basement with no carpet. The sixth bedroom was a loft not an enclosed bedroom.

The jacuzzi was amazing. Plenty of kitchen utensils and towels. The house in size was very comfortable and plenty of games for everyone. The person who we called to answer our questions was amazing very helpful.
The house needs upgrades, the mattresses on the beds we’re terrible to sleep on. We were 16 and there was not enough paper towels or toilet paper.
