Make some memories at this very unique, fully renovated, family-friendly property in Lake Harmony Estats that has private access to the famous Lake Harmony Boulder Field. Enjoy the spacious 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large bonus room on 3rd level with 6 additional beds. Enjoy the free high-speed Wi-Fi and over 100 channels of cable television on two levels, pool table, fire pit, air conditioning, washer/dryer, two gas fireplaces, and custom kitchen. Our home features 10 total beds and a crib and can accommodate up to 12 people. Plenty of parking! We are minutes away from all the local attractions that are within 30 minutes or much closer - skiing at Jack Frost (10 mins), Big Boulder (10 mins), Camelback (25 mins), the lake (3 minutes), hiking, golf, indoor water parks (Split Rock, Great Wolf, Aquatopia, and Kalahari), Mout Airy casino (Mount Airy), the Pocono Raceway, local dining and pubs, and premium outlet shopping.

Beach/lake access available in Summer with provided beach tags as part of Lake Harmony Estates community.

The space:

Our newly renovated home features 3 spacious floors of living. The entry brings you into the lower level of our home. This level features a pool table, a gas fireplace, and a sitting area with two leather couches and a 40-inch flat screen TV. This lower level also features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, and the washer/dryer. Up a flight of stairs is the second and main level of our home. The second level features hardwood floors, a large sectional couch, a 55-inch television, and a gas fireplace. Also on this level is a large dining room and table with seating for 10, a custom kitchen with new appliances and high-top bar seating for 4. Also on the second level are 2 more bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. The second level opens up to a large wrap-around deck with great views, a gas grill, and plenty of outdoor seating. Up a staircase from the second level is a bonus loft room with 6 additional beds - great for kids! In the rear exterior of our home is a brand-new fire pit and Adirondack chairs that are only steps away from the famous Lake Harmony Boulder Field. The Boulder Field is an amazing sight and great for exploring and gaining access to hiking trails. All of our bedrooms have ceiling fans and spacious closets and dressers for your personal belongings. We take great pride in making sure our property is professionally cleaned and sanitized between groups that stay at our home.

Guest access:

We have a long private driveway that can accommodate up to 10 cars. From the driveway, there is easy direct access to the front door. Our home is in a very private cul-de-sac, but is only a short walk or drive to all of the major attractions in the area, including Split Rock Resort, Lake Harmony, restaurants and pubs, multiple ski resorts, indoor water parks, hiking and golf.

Please note that towels and bed linens (sheets, pillowcases) are not provided but are available through a third-party provider at additional cost.

House rules:

- No smoking
- No pets
- No parties, large gatherings, or events
- Maximum occupancy is 12. Extra guests will result in loss of security deposit
- Must be 30 years old to book
- All trash must be bagged and placed in exterior trash cans upon departure.
- Your safety matters. Property has 2 exterior cameras facing toward driveway and backyard and do not view any interior space.
- Nothing but toilet paper can be flushed in toilets.
- Return all furniture, etc. to where you found it upon check-in.
