Our villa is organised for the easy accommodation of 12 people, giving your family or friends comfort and relaxation during their holidays! Two large living rooms with a dining area, along with the open-plan kitchen. Direct access to a large veranda with an outdoor table and access to the pool and garden will make your stay easier. Flat LED TV with free Netflix, a large comfortable sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with a table are some of our advantages!
Six comfortable bedrooms: the first en-suite with a walk-in closet and queen-size double bed, the second also with a queen-size bed, and the third with two single beds that can easily be arranged as a king-size bed, and another three bedrooms on the newly constructed floor. All bedrooms have balconies or access to the pool and garden, comfortable anatomical pillows and new mattresses, LED TVs with free Netflix, wardrobes and individual air-conditioning for independent temperature control in each room!
The Master Bathroom is one of our highlights, in absolute black-and-white decoration, offering a royal feeling. The jacuzzi will help you relax at any time of the day you may need it!
The garden with the pools is a unique place for your holidays! Dream of holidays on a fully private land with amazing views on a hill just outside Chania! Free parking space for several cars, children’s playground, veranda furniture for day-and-night use, pergolas, BBQ, umbrellas, sunbeds with mattresses, and many more luxury amenities for your family will make your holidays unforgettable!
Easy access to the National Road for destinations to all the famous beaches and attractions of the Chania area, 10 minutes from the sandy beach of Ammos and 10 minutes from the city centre for shopping and walking at the Old Venetian Harbour of Chania.
Our guests will have access to all areas of the villa. Private garden with private pool, children’s pool, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 of them en-suite). You will also have access to the BBQ for an amazing outdoor experience. Children will have access to some playground toys such as swings and a slide. Private parking space for 3 cars available on the premises.
We love having guests in our villa, and our priority is their pleasure! We will be there upon your request to help you with any issues you might face during your holidays! We will also be available 24/7 to answer your calls for any advice or instructions you may need!

The 5 of us arrived to a very warm welcome having had excellent advance communication and information including a bespoke ‘blue book’ of local insights. Am in depth introduction to every facet of the wonderful spotless villa followed, made even better by welcome wine, stocked cupboards (tea, coffee, spices etc) so rare in this sector, immaculate pool area, table tennis table and more. Throughout our stay Maria was available on WhatsApp at any time to advise and support and came with local bakery goodies on departure day. Nothing was too much trouble including booking a restaurant for us. The views to sunrise and sunset are fantastic, the proximity of two awesome restaurants a blessing plus the go karting was fun and the water park is no distance though we didn’t go. No distance into Chania to eat, shop and explore. Some of the Cretan roads are not for the faint-hearted and buses appear to go everywhere including from the bottom of the hill for the villa on the main road if you have time! We could go on but suffice to say we would go back in a flash.

We tend to holiday in villas and are often disappointed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the villas. Mythic Olive Villa is the best villa we've ever stayed at, the villa is beautiful and just as shown in all the photos, is incredibly well equipped with appliances etc that just work and was lovely and clean. The villa is located slightly outside of Chania in a lovely rural location with true peace and quiet from other properties given totally privacy but with shops and Chania a short car journey away. We would highly recommend this villa and this area of Crete. The owner is fantastic in communication, sorting out any issues and providing guidance on the local area. We really couldn't have asked for anything more and will definitely be back in the future.

This is an amazing villa with spectacular 360 views of the local countryside, White Mountains and Chania coastline. The villa is immaculate and the extra touches such as monogrammed towels, pool towels, dressing gowns, slippers and travel size showers gels, shampoo, conditioner and lotion which are regularly replenished all give the feel of a luxury hotel. The inside is spacious and comfortable with all mod cons, the beds were the best we’ve ever slept in and cleaning and fresh laundry took place twice per week. The outside offers a variety of different areas to sit in during the evening each in a stunning setting with great views. The pool is lovely and the views of the setting sun from the sunbeds is not to be missed. Our host, Maria could not have been any more warm and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. She offered advice and tips, checked in regularly with us via whattsapp to confirm all was going well and she was always ready to answer any questions. For us the villa was absolutely perfect. It is at the top end of a small village, on its own in a spacious gated setting and beautiful gardens. The only slight downside is that you do have to pretty much drive everywhere and can’t walk to a restaurant (although local restaurants do deliver to the villa) however this did not bother us as we have older children who didn’t mind walking in the heat and we were able to walk to the both the Aqua park and Go karting track. The village is quiet and relatively easy to navigate. I would definitely say this is one of the best villas we have ever been to and I will certainly be recommending to family and friends. Thank you Maria for a wonderful and restful experience.

We spent a wonderful week in Mythic Olive Villa. We have rented lots of villas in the area over the last few years, which often have pleasant views, but the Mythic Olive Villa was exceptional, with a 360° panoramic view from Chania to the East, the sea to the north and the White Mountains to the south. As the evening falls, the twilight creates a magical atmosphere with pools of shadow across the rocky landscape and the sunsets are simply stunning. The Villa is tastefully decorated and well equipped and the pool and gardens are beautiful with intense greenery, like an oasis against the backdrop of the mountains. Mary was an excellent host, very helpful and very respectful of our privacy. We thoroughly recommend this Villa.
