The new kitchen, the garden, the 3 sleeping area perfect for 3 family
the location closed to the supermarket and direct to the beach
The owner of the house came every day without informing us (sometime at 9pm entering in the villa!)to check if everything was ok: we fell to be spied
The damaged paint of the swimming pool
some bathroom were very old and damaged

This villa is in a fabulous location metres from the sea.
You can hear the waves and the views are so stunning.
It’s a quiet area a few tavernas and a well stocked small supermarket within a minutes walk.
The outdoor space at this villa was our highlight.
Plenty of decent sun beds and shades. Gas BBQ was a hit. We didn’t spend hardly anytime in the villa itself except to sleep but it it very spacious. Played table tennis most nights we all enjoyed.
The bed sheets and towels were replaced during our stay which was nice.
We drove into Rhythmone ( about 15 minutes away) for a day definitely worth a visit.
Taxi is about 18 euros.
A few issues we had were quickly sorted by the owner.
Could do with a little updating in places but it would never put me off booking this villa again.
