Sermes M504 is a 100m² triplex for up to 12 people in a quiet street, 400 m from the village centre and the Pleney slopes. Close to free bus stop. It comprises:

- Large living room with fireplace, balcony access, TV
- Fully equipped kitchen and dining area opening onto the living area
- Large terrace with table and chairs
LEVEL 1:
- Lounge area with flat screen TV, DVD player
- two bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe, shower
- 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, shower + toilet
- small cabin room with bunk beds (no window)
- sauna with shower bath and washing machine
- Separate toilet
LEVEL 2:
-2 small attic bedrooms: one with 2 single beds et 2nd one double bed
AMENITIES : dishwasher, washing machine, sauna, fireplace, WIFI
3 private parking spaces
Small private cabin to store skis (with boot warmer) and bikes (forbidden inside the apartment)

Excellent stay, perfect location.Would definitely stay again.A keyless entry would be a fantastic upgraded especially for a group booking.No issues at all.

Bien situé, très bien entretenu, 6 chambres réelles ! Nous avons loué des casiers à ski à la télécabine du pleney ou chez Félix pour ceux qui ont loué chez eux, super pratique. Nous reviendrons !

A part une literie un peu vieillissante ce chalet offre tout le confort et l'espace nécessaire pour passer de bons moments en famille ! C'était notre deuxième séjour dans ce chalet et certainement pas le dernier !
