We were able to enjoy the week of spring break here and it was great! We liked the secluded feel of this location. Although there are other houses nearby we really didn't run in to anyone else. The views of the mountain, trees, and river running just behind the property was beautiful and getting to town only took about a 10 minute drive. We thought the kitches was well stocked with most utensils you would need and the grill was also a great cooking option (those cooking utensils were also provided). Having the hot tub was such a nice added bonus, although the cover could be a little tricky staying closed since we had some really high wind days. Amanda was great to work with, we left behind a piece of jewelry, and she was able to locate it and delivered it in person (since we happen to live not too far from Estes). Overall, this is a wonder place with a great location if you want that mountain cabin feel with a drive to town being just minutes away.

The location was nice. The previous guest broke the oven, so we were unable to use it. My biggest issue was lack of communication on when the repair man was coming. We woke up to someone knocking. By the time we got to the door, the repair man was using the code to get in. When I reached out about my frustration on the issue, I got no response in return.
