All is good, condo is relatively new and very clean, Kitchen is well equipped with all essential utensils and appliances, as well as some essential condiments. Location is perfect for visiting Rocky Mountain NP and surrounding area. It is especially great for a family to stay in when visiting the area. We are very happy with our choice to stay at this condo for two days.

The condo is near Fall river in a very peaceful area. It's about 10 minutes from downtown, so everything in Estes Park is available. The condo had everything we needed. Two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom are on the first floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and a second full bathroom are on the upper floor.
We enjoyed golfing and hiking during our stay. We are looking forward to future stays in Estes Park.

We found the condo clean and well stocked (e.g., soaps, paper products, lots of fans, literally a pile of extra towels and bedding galore). Less than 10 minute drive to town, and as it is on US 34 one can drive to Safeway and the Estes Lake area without the bother of 'in town' traffic. 2-3 minute drive to the Fall River RMNP entrance. The smell of disinfectant was a bit strong when we first arrived, adding to our sense that the place had been thoroughly cleaned recently. The smell dissipated quickly with the windows open.
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor (one with a king bed, 2 large closets each with a dresser and lots of floor space), a shared full bath, and a washer / dryer stacked unit. The 2nd floor has a more than adequate sized kitchen with everything you might need to prepare a meal, and full-size, fully functional appliances, a kitchen table that sits 6, a living room area with 2 full-sized futons that convert to full-size beds, and a full bath.
(Note: Beds and futons need to be shared to sleep 8. There is floor space in the Master for someone to sleep at the foot of the bed on the carpeted floor in a sleeping bag.)
The unit has several sliding glass doors that open to porches and windows to let in the cool, fresh Rocky Mountain air, all open easily and lock shut, all have screens without holes.
One thing ... while the condo building is on the Fall River, this unit is on the parking lot side of the building so no direct view of the river (i.e., picture in listing is misleading). So if you're hoping to hear the sound of the river through your open window, or see the water rushing by while sitting out on the porch, this is not the unit for you. On the positive side, the unit is just a few steps from the parking lot so it is easy to move one's stuff in and out.
Lastly, the pool for the condo units is share with (and closer to) the Fawn Valley Inn, is a bit of an uphill walk, and closes at 7PM.
