My family all enjoyed the cottage as it was very warm and comfortable and were impressed with Rooms.

Liked the welcome pack. Location was easy to find and was quite secluded.

Comfortable, clean, very well equipped, excellent facilities and beautiful location.

The house was immaculate and every detail thought of. Well catered with a luxury feel, robes in the wardrobes. The location is great, easy to explore the Loch and surrounding areas but also private so you enjoy the sauna and hot tub. The host is attentive and on hand if you need them. We had a power cut due to a storm when we were there. Liz spoke to the electricity board and was quick to reassure us and make sure we were ok.

Great little cottage

The cottage was great, perfect for us attending a wedding along the road at the Cruin. Dressing gowns are provided for the hot tub but take your own flip flops.

hot tub and sauna were excellent spacious and clean property, kids liked the nice garden, well maintained Very comfortable and airy

no toiletries, we didn't bring shampoo and shower gel, expected at this price. No walking trails directly from the accommodation, need to drive to access to loch lomond (despite cottage being 200m from shore)

BonnieBank Cottage

We were 3 couples and we all had large en-suite bedrooms - delighted with the fans provided in each room spacious, well equipped accommodation spotlessly clean and well maintained All the basics cooking and cleaning essentials were provided In the fridge we found a basic food starter pack including wine - much appreciated

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and only had very minor dislikes but this did not cause us to mark the property down Directions to the property were vague We had a few hot tub issues that worried us especially during these COVID times Hot tub information advised us to clean hard surfaces before and after use with the anti-bacterial wipes - no wipes available Hot tub also stated cleaned before every new guest arrival - spoke to the hot tub maintenance guy and he informed the maintenance company only visited the cottage on a Monday and Friday - we arrived on Wednesday and there had been guests before us. We were a party of 6 and when we were all in the hot tub on Wednesday we caused the water to overflow and the level fell below the recommended levels - there was no hose available to top this up and had to wait until the engineer visited - he also had no hose and he had to carry many many buckets of water to top this up
