Location was excellent. Very clean. The extra little touches were very thoughtful.

It was cold especially in the onsuite bathrooms, lovely bath but couldn't use as was too cold. The bed in bedroom 3 was very small.

A beautiful and comfortable stay in a great location — we’d definitely come back!

We stayed in the penthouse apartment, and it was lovely. The space was well supplied, and the master bedroom and bathroom were absolutely wonderful — spacious, clean, and really comfortable. The view and quiet surroundings made it a great place to relax.

The towel warmers didn’t seem to be working, but that was a small issue overall. Everything else worked well and felt well maintained.

The views from this property were amazing. Location fabulous. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Full instructions on what to do sent prior to arrival which made getting access to the accomodation on arrival much easier. Apartment has everything you would need, sorry we weren't there longer. Would highly recommend.

Great views which are worth climbing all the stairs for

The view was amazing even though the weather wasn’t great, a lovely welcome hamper is provided for you too when you check in and the kitchen is very well equipped too. A drop of whisky is provided in a decanter which is another nice touch.

The gentleman on sight in charge of overseeing the turnaround was most unhelpful bordering on rude just saying you can’t check in and walking off as we were early though we had tried to make contact to see if anything could be done as we were running early. One of the ladies on sight was very friendly saying how she used to clean the penthouse but the stairs became too much for her which is the only other area to be aware of, there is no lift so there are a lot of stairs to climb with your luggage.

A fantastic apartment in a beautifully restored castle building. The property is fitted out to a very high standard throughout. Some of the best views you will get across the whole of Loch Lomond too. Great comms with Graham also. So, in summary, a fantastic property which I'd return to in a heartbeat, absolutely 10 out of 10 on every front!!!

This is a spectacular property in a very convenient location. The penthouse is stylish, spacious and comfortable with everything you need provided. Graeme the host was very accommodating when we left some items behind.

The views from our place were AMAZING. Your looking out over the Loch and relaxing in comfort. Master has a full sized shower, a rarity in Scotland. Having a kitchen and washing machine were nice to have after traveling around the country

The climb up to the third floor was inconvenient. Keep your luggage small or light and it isn’t that big of a deal.
