This spacious Water Oak villa offers the perfect setting for families and golf groups looking to enjoy everything Hilton Head has to offer. With a thoughtful layout, multiple en-suite bedrooms, and easy access to the community pool, it provides both comfort and convenience for your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops, along with all the essentials needed for preparing family meals or group breakfasts before heading out to the course. The kitchen flows into the dining area with seating for six.
The living room is comfortably furnished in a relaxed coastal style and includes a flat-screen TV and a convenient half bath. It’s a great space to unwind after a beach day or a round of golf.
The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a granite vanity and large walk-in tiled shower.
Upstairs, two additional guest bedrooms make this villa especially well-suited for larger families or golf buddies traveling together. One guest bedroom serves as a second primary suite with a king bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds, which are perfect for kids, teens, or flexible sleeping arrangements, along with a private balcony, flat-screen TV, and its own en-suite bathroom.
Outside, enjoy your private patio with a short walkway providing direct access to the community pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or on the greens.

The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. One of the king beds was sunk in and lumpy, one of the chairs in the kitchen was broken (I think they will fix that) and one of the balconies was tied off and unusable (scheduled repair). It was also a bit farther walk to the beach than the listing states. We still had a wonderful time though. Just not our best vacation ever.

Very comfortable and centrally located near everything we needed. Only issue was dishwasher leaked when we ran it on last day. I would definitely recommend this to anyone young or old. Great time, hope to come back soon.

We had a wonderful time at Hilton Head and I believe that a big part of it was this gorgeous house that we stayed in which was just like it is in the pictures. Not only does it look great, the amenities provided were excellent. The extra blankets, a full functional kitchen, the house layout - we appreciated it all.
The house is located in a serene setting. It is very close to a common swimming pool but since it wasn’t warm enough, I didn’t see anyone in the pool.
There is access to the beach available with a short walk, but we ended up driving to The Dunes House everyday to access it, which is a 2 min drive and has parking available.
The complimentary 2 hour tennis/pickle ball sessions, golf range, convenience store, bike rental - all within the premises were awesome. Everything was well maintained and we loved the holiday decorations through the resort.
The resort itself was located right in the middle of everything. Activities outside the resort were a short drive away.
I cannot wait to come back for another HH holiday and stay at the same property.
