About this villa rental
This beautiful fully renovated three bedroom and four bathroom villa is perfect for families or golf/tennis/pickleball groups and the beach can be easily accessed by a short walk or by calling the seasonal, on-call Palmetto Dunes Buggy. The Robert Trent Jones clubhouse, Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center, Alexander's Restaurant, General Store and Big Jim's Restaurant are all walking distance as well!
The Kitchen is fantastic with numerous updates including Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six at the dining table, with extra seating at the kitchen island for two. The living room features comfortable seating and slider access to your private deck.
The first floor Primary bedroom was recently updated with a new a king bed and accompanying en-suite Primary bathroom. The primary bathroom was recently updated and includes a beautiful custom-tiled tub and shower combination along with a quartz-top vanity.
The other bedrooms are on the second floor of the villa. At the top of the stairs, there is a landing with a sleeper sofa.
Upstairs you will find another suite with a new king size bed, HDTV and an en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom was just updated to include a custom-tiled walk-in shower and a quartz top vanity. The third bedroom contains four twin beds as well as its own en-suite bathroom. This final guest bathroom is very similar to the downstairs primary, in that it has a beautiful custom-tiled tub and shower combination and quartz top vanity.
Additional amenities include a large on-site pool within a short walking distance. Two free hours of tennis or pickleball court time, discounts on golf rounds and apparel along with free wireless internet help to make this villa ideal for golfers, a small family or group of friends.

We were in town this past weekend for a Pickleball tournament less than 1 mile away and this vacation rental was in a perfect location. It was in a quiet area with plenty of parking. The 48 Hickory Cove property was very clean, updated and spacious. The staff for the vacation rental was very friendly, helpful and professional and made for a great overall first experience!

Very spacious, clean and beautifully updated. Location is just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach/10 minute walk to the General Store etc. Online check-in was very easy. Would rent again. (Note: Property was well stocked-with the exception of a corkscrew-which we ended up borrowing from a neighbor)

The unit itself is quite nice. Every room has it's own full bathroom with an extra on the lower level. The room with the twin beds gets warm and can be difficult to cool, we left as many interior doors open as we could and that seemed to help. Everything was in working order, comfy, and accommodated is well. The area feels safe and everything is close enough that it was fine for us to split and do our own things and it's easy for us to catch up with each other. It's perfect for a slow vacation, no pressure to do anything, it's all right there.

The place was nice and would consider it again. It was advertised as newly renovated but felt as if the renovations had not been completed. The location is convenient to the activities of Palmetto Dunes and the beach.
