Welcome to our Water Oak Villa, a completely renovated light and airy nautical themed 3 bed 4 bath townhouse. We look forward to sharing our vacation villa with you. We are local owners that mange your stay from start to finish. Browse our property pictures, check our calendar and then get ready for a fabulous vacation.

Located just steps from the pool and a short 10-minute walk to the sand, this luxury Palmetto Dunes villa boasts 3 large bedrooms + a kid’s bonus room, 4 full bathrooms and 1,500 square feet of living space. Enjoy our courtyard with a pool view or from each bedroom’s private patio. Indulge in our newly renovated ensuites in each bedroom.
About Our Space
The villa has been updated throughout with stone floors that look like wood, furniture is new, and various other appointments have been modernized. The kitchen has been opened up for full access from the rest of the villa. It has beautiful custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and comes fully equipped with everything you'll need. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and seats six comfortably. The Livingroom, refurnished fall 2022, features multiple seating with comfort in mind along with an HDTV and slider access to your private patio. Guests will be able to utilize the full bath off the living room.
Completing the first floor is the master bedroom with a king bed, HDTV, slider access to the private patio and an ensuite master bathroom. The master bathroom is nicely done with a granite topped vanity and subway tiled walk-in shower.
Heading upstairs are two guest bedrooms, a bonus sleeping area and two bathrooms. On the right is the spacious queen guest bedroom, which features a private viewing balcony and an ensuite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom is updated with a granite topped vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Top of the stairs straight ahead is a small 'bonus room' with two twin bunk beds, perfect for little ones. To the left is the final guest bedroom, which has one twin bed plus a double/twin bunk bed combination, a private viewing balcony and yet another ensuite bathroom. This updated guest bathroom features a granite topped vanity and nicely tiled tub and shower combination. Our unit to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Hilton Head beach villa, and it was absolutely perfect! The villa is beautifully appointed with modern, comfortable furnishings, and the community pool was a fantastic bonus. The proximity to the beach was convenient, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand.
The peaceful surroundings and well-maintained property added to the overall charm. The host was attentive and made sure everything was in top shape. This villa truly provided a memorable and relaxing getaway. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a top-notch beach vacation experience!

This villa was clean, amazingly stocked and the pool proximity was perfect! The owner had plenty of chairs, tents and even a wagon which was so nice!
