From the beautiful world-class golf views to exceptional natural beauty, this location provides an awesome guest experience. This three-bedroom villa is a short walk to the beach,steps from the community pool, and minutes to the central hub of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort- shops, tennis, bikes, restaurants, golf and more.
Upon entering, the large windows and open space invite you to relax and unwind. The new wrap-around deck overlooking the golf course with stellar views of the Robert Trent Jones 1st and 18th holes is perfect for watching the players, dining or just enjoying a cocktail at the end of the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances and plenty of dishware to host your family. Hilton Head Island is the perfect place to prepare fresh, local seafood! The dining room table seats six to eight people. Dine inside or out!
The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with the two addtional bedrooms upstairs. Four new Queen beds in the upstairs bedrooms and a new daybed on the upstairs landing for additional sleeping or relaxing space. A cozy office nook upstairs allows for remote work. For your convenience, the villa also has a washer and dryer, ample parking spaces, and complimentary WiFi.
First floor: Living/dining room, Kitchen, Half Bath, Master Bedroom and ensuite bath
Second level: Two guest bedrooms with private baths, office nook, daybed in landing for additional sleeping

This rental had it all. Location, space and tranquility. Being in the middle of the island it was close enough to attend the RBC Heritage on one end but also go to dinner at Hudson's on the opposite end of the island. It was a 20 minute drive to both.. Close to the beach and golfing.

We loved our place! It was set up perfectly for our family from toddlers to grandma! It was clean, had everything we needed, and peaceful on the golf course. Would recommend!

While the above 5 star ratings that we gave this property are true, the furniture and downstairs king bed were uncomfortable! The living room couch & chairs so bothered our backs that we had my brother make custom boards to slide under the cushions to firm them up and give some support. Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for the bed. While I went upstairs to a comfortable bed, my wife couldn't because of the stairs.
The tv choices were the best of any rental that we have had to date; on HHI or in other tourist areas. Internet service is high speed and dependable.
A new Weber gas grill was provided and should meet most renter needs.
The HVAC system is outstanding and can handle any comfort request.
Overall, a great rental for most but since we are "Snowbirds" the uncomfortable furniture and bed precludes our return.
