About this villa rental
Enjoy being steps away from the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in this updated Villamare retreat! This unique 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa has refreshing updates throughout to ensure you will have a relaxing and well-appointed vacation. There are two balconies, one adjacent to the living area & master bedroom and the other from the second bedroom, that offer expansive views of the lush, tropical landscape. Enjoy all that Hilton Head nature has to offer while sipping on your morning coffee to prepare for your day of fun!
The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar with additional seating. The dining area, which has seating for 4, connects the updated kitchen to the tranquil living room. The living room features an oversized sofa, two comfortable chairs and a flat screen TV and DVD player. This area is perfect for enjoying a picturesque sunrise in the morning and a relaxing movie with the family in the evening.
The master bedroom provides a private oasis and features new furniture, including a king bed, oversized chair and a flat screen TV. The updated vanity area is open to the bedroom, while a separate door leads you to a private water closet with a walk-in shower featuring a luxurious rain shower head.
The guest bedroom is located just to the left of the entry and features two full size beds and a queen bed. This is a perfect area for the kids to have their own space to relax and unwind from a long day of play at the beach or pool. This area also features a flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Villamare Hilton Head condos are located in a luxurious oceanfront complex within Palmetto Dunes Resort. The available community amenities are unmatched! Guests have access to a brand-new saltwater pool and spa complete with hydrotherapy, a new separate adults-only pool and spa, as well as an indoor all-season heated pool and spa. The community also offers a state-of-the-art fitness center and sauna, renovated restrooms, a spacious oceanfront sundeck, gas grills and firepit, as well as private beach access!
Palmetto Dunes is a private oceanfront resort community that features 3 miles of white sandy beach, 11 miles of natural lagoons, 3 golf courses and 25 tennis/pickleball courts. Please specify # of security gate passes needed at time of reservation; Passes are charged per car per week.

We have been staying in Palmetto Dunes for nearly 12 years but this was our first time staying at Villamare. We absolutely loved it. We loved how close it was to the beach. Within walking distance to the General Store and Dunes House. The pool had plenty of chairs and shade. The room was nice with balconies for both bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again!

This property was everything we expected it to be. Everything was comfortable and all amenities were Exactly as described! Perfect location on the beach. Outdoor and indoor pool were nice. We would love to stay here again!

Great property and great location. Plenty of room to relax and the beach was a short walk away. Parking was easy as well. Will definitely come again!
