About this villa rental
Welcome to this beautifully redesigned lagoon-view villa in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. Completely taken down to the studs and remodeled in 2026, this stunning retreat features all-new designer furnishings, a brand-new kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, and professionally curated coastal-chic décor throughout.
The open-concept living area is bright, airy, and perfect for gathering with family and friends. The chef's kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a large island with seating, an eat-in table for four, beverage cooler, and a full-size washer and dryer. A large sliding glass door opens to the front porch, while the kitchen, dining, and living areas all enjoy beautiful lagoon views.
The newly added sunroom provides a relaxing space to unwind and opens to a private deck overlooking the scenic 11-mile lagoon system. The spacious first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, HDTV, lagoon views, and a beautifully renovated bathroom with dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. A guest bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed, along with an additional fully renovated bathroom, completing the first floor.
Upstairs, you'll find a dedicated workspace, two additional guest bedrooms, and a shared full bathroom with a combo/shower tub. One bedroom features a queen bed and flat-screen TV, while the other offers a queen bed and twin bed, providing comfortable accommodations for family and friends.
Located just across the street from the beach, this villa allows you to park your car and walk or bike to everything Palmetto Dunes has to offer. Guests also enjoy access to the Captain's Walk oceanfront pool complex, featuring a large pool, baby pool, sun deck, gas grills, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the beach.

The stay was great. We have stayed in Catain's Cove many times. This was the second time we stayed in this condo. The only thing that I would suggest is that some type shade be put over the skylight window upstairs to keep sun out during the day and another comfortable chair in the living room.

My family and I stayed at this property and we are very happy with it. Very spacious and clean. Updated kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and appliances. Beds are comfortable. Nice view of the lake. Walking distance to the pool and beach.

This condo was great except for the winding stairs to the 2nd floor. 2 adults in their 60s had to use that bedroom as the 4 adults in their 70s used the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Other than that, the condo was great. And...Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort staff was easy to work with...great group!

We enjoyed the location of this Villa because of its walking distance to the beach, pool, tennis and pickleball courts. The villa itself is in need of a renovation. The patio and outdoor furniture was old, stained and musty. Some of the screen doors had holes in them, and were difficult to open. The floors were not level, especially in the living room, and the bathroom faucet was never repaired correctly. I think the entire condo needs a complete renovation. We stayed in 487 Captains Cove for 5 days and that renovation was incredible! What a beautiful job done by the owner.
