About this house rental
You will be impressed by this newly renovated home within Palmetto Dunes Resort!
The Kitchen features Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. The Kitchen will be fully equipped with all the amenities of home. The dining area seats six.
The furniture throughout the home is new just as everything in the home is new. All bedrooms have new mattresses and HDTVs.
The Primary Bedroom features a King bed, large walk-in closet and private access to the large wooden deck that adorns the rear of the home. The en-suite Primary Bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and granite double vanity.
The Second Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed while the Third Guest Bedroom has Two Twins. These bedrooms share the Guest Bathroom, which has a tiled tub and shower combination along with its own granite vanity.
Just off the Kitchen is the laundry room and a Half Bath for visitors to easily access.
Outside you'll be able to take in the exquisite lagoon views from your large back deck adjacent to the larger pool area. The Pool is one of the largest on the rental market with Palmetto Dunes. The Beach is just a short bike ride away.
Pool heat is not available with this home.

Great family vacation house was clean With all the trees around the pool it was hard to keep it clean. Pool needs a little work. The one step in is broken.Short bike ride to beach or we had family drop us off. The twin bed was too soft son didn't like the foam topper they have on it. The king has lots of spots where it sinks in. I understand they get many renters sleeping in those beds. No problem with check-in. Second time renting here and would definitely rent again.

This was our third time staying in this house. It has remained well maintained and very clean. Great light, plenty of space. We did see a gator on the edge of the yard near the water so be careful! (Though that will be true at any house here) Nice selection of games, books, and puzzles for kids, along with large pool. The only negative was many of the nonstick pans in the kitchen need replaced. We'll be back!

Our family enjoyed a great vacation at this property. We found the property to be well kept with a few minor cosmetic issues. I received an email today indicating there was a cracked lamp and we were charged 147 for a replacement lamp. There was a crack on the backside of a table lamp. I am certain we did not break this lamp but I was still charged. If our family broke this lamp I would not have a problem replacing it but that is not the case.
