About this house rental
59 Port Tack in Palmetto Dunes. 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. 2 king master suites with bubble tubs . Both have 50" flat screens. Back porch with rockers overlooking pool with spa. Large patio with barbecue with bar top for outdoor entertaining. Dock on the 11 mile lagoon system. Great for kayaking or canoeing. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms one queen and one king . Both have private baths and 42" flat screens. One King Master suite.
Upstairs: Kids room upstairs has three singles and one trundle(sleeps 4) and has two TVs. One King Master suite
Family room with 50" flat screen TV, surround sound stereo. No Smoking. No Animals permitted. Wireless Internet in office which overlooks lagoon.
2 refrigerators 1 in kitchen, 1 in garage.
Specials: Our home is normally a Sat to Sat rental, however from October 1st through Feb 28th we would be able to consider other date ranges.

Perfect house layout for our group. Joe was very helpful, which was nice with lapses from VRBO communications. Recommend this property.

The property is exactly as stated in the description. Best fully stocked kitchen we have ever had for a rental. You do not need to bring anything. Accomodations were perfect for 8 adults. The pool/spa were awsome! Definately plan on returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect rental!

We spent thanksgiving here with our family as we do every year. There was some debate about whether this was our best rental ever. We were really pleased that the hot tub heated well on the cooler nights. You won’t be disappointed in this rental

Property was as described- a very nice floor plan, excellently equipped kitchen-- an added bonus of beach chairs, toys etc. The pool and spa area were very nice and a nice deck near the waterway. So property in my mind was 5 star. We had two issues that arose during our stay. First-- upon arrival the internet did not work and thus the TV's did not work. We lost a weekend plus of service-- Sat till Tuesday. In the end it was determined that Spectrum had an issue with their equipment-nevertheless I believe it should have been checked before we checked in. Second, we had issues with the heater in the spa /pool which rendered them inoperable for a couple days of our stay. In fairness the host reimbursed us for the heating bill. I would also comment that Megan the property caretaker was very responsive as we worked thru the issues as was the owner and property management company. Perhaps we just had bad luck. Had it not been for these hiccups would rate it 5 star!
