Guests initially enter 6 Midstream by walking up the exterior staircase to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's entryway, which flows into the living room, formal dining room, kitchen and hallway to two of the guest bedrooms and jack & jill bathroom. From the kitchen you may access the family room and the hallway to the two master suites, laundry room and half bathroom. You can access the back deck from the kitchen. There are stairs from the back deck down to the pool area and backyard. There is a 2 car garage available for guest use.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Beautiful house. All household necessities were supplied. This house sits in a great, tranquil neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to everyone!!!

Didn’t use the pool or hot tub because could only be heated for 2 hours a day at around 95. Other than that the house was great!Very well equipped and the layout was awesome for a family with kids. Twin beds could use new mattress friends said they were not comfortable.

The house was immaculate. One of the best houses that I've stayed on in Hilton head. Only issue is the Internet was not functioning. Made it difficult because none of the TVs would work and I was down there for a business meeting and needed Internet. I trip Hilton headTried to fix it without success. They refunded me 75 for the inconvenience of the Internet, not working. Seemed a bit low for the amount paid for the house for the four days stay. Otherwise the location of the house the quality of the house was great. There is a lagoon in the backyard that you can fish from. And had good views of the golf course across the lagoon.
