30 Haul Away is located in Palmetto Dunes Resort on an 11 mile waterway on which you can canoe and fish for miles. It is an easy 7 minute walk to the beach. We are also walking distance to the Marriott Resort and the general store. Palmetto Dunes is a private gated community that offers a full range of vacation activities which include: golf, tennis, beach activities, spas, kayaking, biking, fishing and restaurants. The Dunes Buggy runs in high season to take guests to easy shopping and sights on HHI.
This spacious and well-lit waterfront home features magnificent views of the waterway and overlooks a luxurious pool and deck for total relaxation. Guests can choose from 4 comfortable bedrooms, 4 full baths and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking! The home was completely renovated in June, 2020. Our designer purchased everything new from the carpet down to our 600 thread count sheets! Everything is new!! Each bedroom has a flat screen television and a CD/DVD player. The great room has a new smart television and Blu ray DVD. We have free wireless internet throughout the home.
New heat pumps have been installed in 2023. This provides the most efficient and quiet cooling and heating imaginable. All the bedroom have new flooring installed this year.
The back of the house opens up to a beautiful infinity pool with a waterfall. There is a large patio area surrounding the pool with furnishings for outdoor dining or relaxing and a captivating view of the 11 mile long lagoon/waterway. Fish from your own private dock or from a canoe or kayak that can be rented within steps of the home. You can rent kayaks and bikes from the nearby Palmetto Dunes Outfitters.
Please note that the cleaning fee is included with Saturday to Saturday reservations but not for stays less than 7 nights. The fee for less than 7 nights is $270 and will be added to the quote from VRBO.

This was a great house! My family loved the house. Great layout for a large family. Easy walk or bike to beach or use the great pool. Definitely would stay again.

The pool was amazing. The location was good with the dock in the canal. However, it is a fairly long walk to the beach but doable even carrying all the beach gear. Thanks for providing some extra beach chairs. The house needs some remodeling especially in the master bathroom. The house was not really clean. Unfortunately we had an issue with having to clean up trash that was left by previous renters due to being left out and ransacked by raccoons Suggest that you at least tell renters what kind of coffee machine you have since there were no filters left onsite for that first morning brew.

Very clean inside. EXCELLENT AC system. Loved the infinity pool and great location for easy beach access. Would stay there again.
