About this house rental
We invite you to settle in at our newly available four-bedroom beach home that sleeps ten. Live oaks gently sway above the pool and deck and welcome you to kick off your shoes to relax in the large comfortable spaces. Views go on forever on the scenic 16th Hole of the Robert Trent Jones Course. You can hear the gentle surf from the beach especially in the evenings. This offering is on a quiet street with use of 2 car garage. The resort has private beach access beyond the North Gate with plenty of bike paths and a newly improved parking lot at the Dunes House. A five-minute bike ride to beach. A fully equipped kitchen is complimented by a king-sized grill on the newly renovated deck. There is a washer and dryer on the first level in the Master Bathroom.
Sleeps 12:
1 King on the main with a private ensuite,
1 King upstairs with a private bath, 2 Queens in a bedroom sharing a full bath with a queen bed.
Pull out Queen bed in loft area.
Your whole family can relax and re-connect in the beautiful, light and fun beach house. Professional linen service provided, please bring your beach towels. Please note the hot tub is not accessible and the pool is not heated. We look forward to welcoming you and yours.

Really nice home, close to the beach and all of the activities in Palmetto Dunes. The owner was super responsive and got the pool cleaned twice during our stay. It was very windy and leaves etc., were falling in the pool. The house had everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen, towels, tvs, etc. Thanks for a great stay and hope we can stay again next year.

We flew from Washington state to Savannah & drove to Hilton Head. It was a trek, but worth it!! My first reaction was how BIG this home is!! It is lovely. Palmetto Dunes is gorgeous, so many palm trees and huge oaks with Spanish moss. We couldn’t get over the beauty and the birds singing! It felt luxurious to stay here. We are a family of 8 (grandparents, parents & 4 kids) and we had plenty of room to spread out, sleep, play, relax. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, even without being heated haha they were fish! The home is older, but we loved the family touches and feeling like we were at home ourselves!! The kitchen was well stocked as we prefer to cook our meals with so many of us. We appreciated that so much! easy 3/4 of a mile walk to the beach or short drive! Plenty to do and see around Palmetto Dunes or on the island. We saw tons of dolphins, ran the turtle trot 5k on the beach, saw alligators, and had perfect weather. Highly recommend this home for a place to stay & explore Hilton Head
