The entrance is complicated for the check in .

Dies ist wirklich ein Zuhause fern von Zuhause! Die Wohnung war geräumig, sauber, gut gepflegt und jedes noch so kleine Detail war durchdacht. Der Balkon war eine schöne Ergänzung – besonders zum Essen an der frischen Luft. Die Wohnung liegt zum Innenhof mit Bäumen und singenden Vögeln – einfach wunderbar!
Sie befindet sich direkt am Rand der Altstadt, und man erreicht die lebhaften Bereiche des Zentrums von Bozen in einem gemütlichen 5-minütigen Spaziergang. Direkt vor dem Gebäude gibt es einen Supermarkt sowie die Rittner Seilbahn. Innerhalb von 5–10 Gehminuten findet man zahlreiche gute Restaurants, Geschäfte usw. Außerdem haben wir für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts den Südtirol-Mobilitätspass erhalten – ein toller Vorteil, mit dem wir viele weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region ohne zusätzliche Transportkosten besuchen konnten.
Die Gastgeber nehmen Gastfreundschaft wirklich ernst, was sich in allem zeigt: vom ersten Kontakt und den Anweisungen bis hin zu Empfehlungen für die besten Bäckereien, Restaurants usw. oder der Unterstützung während des Aufenthalts, falls nötig. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem Zuhause und können es wirklich weiterempfehlen!

We were truly impressed by the care with which Anna and Fabio prepared the apartment for their guests. What stood out was not only the impeccable cleanliness, but also the thoughtful details that genuinely enhance the comfort of the stay.
A dedicated first-aid kit was provided in the bathroom cabinet, and the hosts even thought of bandages for children. Every appliance comes with clear instructions in several languages, making them easy and stress-free to use.
The wardrobe included interesting toys that kept the children entertained, as well as a baby monitor. Anna and Fabio took care of not only the basic equipment (such as an iron), but also a clothes-drying rack and even small essentials like paper towels, napkins, and laundry detergent.
The whole experience was completed by very kind communication and help with planning trips and organizing our stay. You are amazing!
