Short drive to surf beaches, rock pools and the many attractions Sorrento, Portsea and the Mornington Peninsula offer including golf courses, wineries & hot Springs .

My partner, daughter and I had a lovely stay at Glenice’s place in Rye. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The yard was big and spacious for our daughter to play and has a great deck for meals in the sunshine. Our daughter enjoyed the kids toys! It was an easy walk to the front beach.

The owner is lovely and very organised, however the beds were the worst beds we have ever slept on. My husband and I had to sleep in seperate beds because we couldn't fit in the double beds. Even my 10 year old daughter complained of a sore back due to the terrible beds. There was no wifi, we had no gas in the BBQ, the neighbours behind were so loud and horrific. The swearing, loud music and their non stop barking dog actually made us cut our stay short because we couldn't take it any longer. Great location though. Just no way near value for money considering what we paid for our stay. We were so disappointed.,....
