it was perfect fitted out with everything u need to stay for a young family beds are very comfortable and it so peaceful at night the timber deck area was nice in the morning for a coffee in the sun and the friendly magpie who visits in the evening eats from your hand great place and vibe for kids
nothing everything is there for use u only need to bring beach towels

clean and fresh. had everything we needed for the stay. wifi was great. comfortable beds and linen.
access for phone calls on the network was an issue. could use a couple more glasses to drink from otherwise no major issues. note you need to bring your own log in and passwords for foxtel, Netflix access via the smart tv.

We did not have breakfast provided so cannot comment
the only thin g that we felt was missing was fly screens on the windows - we were unable to open the windows which would have been great with the ceiling fan going.
