Soak up stunning bay views and the salty air from this relaxed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house, just a short stroll from the beautiful Tyrone Foreshore.
Perched just above the shoreline with views across Port Phillip Bay, Arthurs Seat, and Dromana, Seabreeze Heights offers the perfect weekend or holiday escape, comfortable, breezy, and perfect for slow mornings, beach days, and sunset views.
Inside, the home sleeps up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the other two each include a double bed and a single, ideal for families or groups. Two bathrooms are located on the ground floor, both with a shower, toilet, and hand basin. There’s also a games room complete with a pool table and TV.
Upstairs, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light and opens onto a spacious deck. Enjoy water views, fire up the BBQ, or dine outdoors as the sun sets over the bay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven, and an island bench with four stools.
Other features include two TVs (one a Smart TV), split-system air conditioning (upstairs) and heating, family board games, a fenced garden perfect for your furry friends , plus a separate entry for boat parking . Kayaks are also available for guest use, making it ideal for those who want to explore the water.
Seabreeze Heights is pet friendly, dogs are welcome, though we ask that you bring their bedding and keep pets off the furniture and beds.
You’ll love watching ships cruise past from the deck, taking a two-minute stroll to the beach, or walking to Blairgowrie shops. Rye’s vibrant cafes, pier, and shopping are just a five-minute drive away, and you're close to the Peninsula Hot Springs, local wineries, golf courses, and scenic walking trails.

Please note: If bringing a dog there will be a one-off charge of $55, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please provide your pet with its own bed.
No Schoolies or Party style bookings. Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that affect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals.

It was a good location. Easy access to beach it would’ve been better if there was a toilet in the upper deck

Had a wonderful seven day stay in Rye. The light filled, upper living area was spacious, comfortably furnished and well equipped. We all enjoyed the views and sightings of incoming and outgoing ships. One evening we were fortunate enough to see 12 satellites including a Starlink chain. Very exciting. The Moonah trees were amazing. Must be able to do stairs.
