Exceptional location by the sea !!!
Contemporary house of 240 m² on 2 levels, surrounded by terraces, very quiet and very clear, with a swimming pool and two roof terraces of 50 m² each.
On the ground floor: a living room and a dining room of 80 m², open onto a well-equipped contemporary kitchen.
Separate WC. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor all overlooking the pool and a large shower room with WC.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, each with a shower room. One of the bedrooms opens onto a huge 50 m² terrace. A clearing upstairs also allows access to the other roof terrace where it is very pleasant to have an aperitif in the evening.
The 1600 m² plot completely enclosed by walls is planted with pines and holm oaks.
The 3.5m by 11m pool is very pleasant and sunny. It is surrounded by wooden terraces and palm trees. It is secured by a submerged roller shutter.
The location of this house is exceptional by its direct access to the beach, through a small door. We walk 100 m in the sand under a small forest of holm oaks to reach a magnificent beach. Rémigeasse beach.
The location of the house is very central on the island, access to the various villages is easy and the Intermarché is two kms away. A cycle path passes in front of the house.

Overall our stay was great with only small minor cons. The location of the house is perfect for relaxing, whether by the pool or on the beach. It's not a big hassle to go to the beach with the family. If you forget something, you are back home in 2 min walk. However, if you want to eat out in the evening, you should be mobile.
The house is stylish but has a few signs of age. If you are travelling with children, you have to be careful not to catch a splinter on the wooden terrace. The garden could be a little better maintained to realise its full potential. The pool is very well maintained and is serviced once a week. The kitchen equipment was absolutely top class.
The barbecue was unfortunately not fully functional from day 1 which was a bit of a shame over the weekend, but the agency took care of fixing the problem as quickly as possible, same goes for problems with the internet and rubbish disposal. So if there is a problem, someone takes care of it. If the location of the house is very important for you to relax, this is the right place for you.
