Villa with pool and exotic garden near the beach

Are you looking for a good quality villa in a peaceful location with its own pool heated to 28C and 4 minutes to a sandy beach? Then this villa is for you and your family! Good kitchen, dining and lounge area with internet TV and great WiFi. The 3 bedrooms have new king sized beds (not queen). The main bedroom has an ensuite but no loo, next bedroom has king sized bed and bunk beds with loo next to it, the third bedroom is upstairs with its own ensuite. There is another shower room with loo near front door. (The fourth bedroom is inside the front door lobby area with a sofa bed.) The pool and seating area is perfect for relaxing. A short walk to 2 bars in village. Best bit is that you can leave your car and easily travel around the island on the cycle ways for km. Most of the coast line is open access and flat sandy beaches. If you like seafood mussels and oysters are everywhere. Even cooked themselves which is first! Plenty of supermarkets and small shops. Wanted to come to the island for awhile and was not disappointed by its beauty and peace.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille mélangeant toute génération, l'environnement est idéal, la plage à deux minutes à pied, une piscine chauffée dans la propriété qui fut le bonheur de tous... Si nous avons l'occasion de revenir sur l'Ile d'Oléron, nous reviendrons à nouveau dans cette propriété les yeux fermés..
