Villa in Mallorca with private pool in a quiet area, just a few minutes by car from everything you need. Perfectly equipped for 10 people, Villa Romana offers the comfort you need for a vacation in Mallorca.
The large villa is distributed over two floors. Large dining room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV directly connected to the outdoor area. For culinary lovers, you will find everything you need in the large kitchen with an island that will provide you with the elements you need to enjoy culinary moments. Large main hall with two armchairs for reading moments. On the ground floor there is a double room with an en-suite bathroom and two rooms with two single beds and one of the bathrooms with a shower. On the first floor are the rest of the rooms, a room with two single beds and a double room with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor the two rooms connect to a large balcony.
Charming outdoor spaces to enjoy life outdoors. Enjoy refreshing baths in the 9m x 5m pool surrounded by loungers where you can relax and tan under the Mallorca sun. Barbecue area with a large table, where you can eat outdoors with family or friends. For grill lovers, next to the outdoor table is the large stone barbecue. Take a moment to relax and enjoy a good book in the chill out located in the front outdoor area.
Roman villa is located in a quiet area just minutes away from everything necessary. 7 minutes by car from Sa Pobla Town, known for its typical Mallorca products and its square where you can find typical Mallorca restaurants. Located 16 minutes by car from one of Mallorca's best beaches, known for its fine sand and crystal-clear waters. The house was just perfect for a family vacation in a very quiet neighborhood. The swimming pool was always clean. The house was very well equipped and the barbecue had everything we needed to cook. The communication with the staff was simple and fast. We highly recommend it.

Was great location to start cycling routes. Only 10 minutes from pollenca, where you had lots of restaurants. Great spacious and clean space. We had a great time. Would recommend to anyone. Familiesfriends who come for cycling holidays. Host was responding very quickly and was helpful whenever we needed them.

Maison spacieuse avec 5 chambres, 4 super salles d’eau, très bien équipée (chaises longues, vaisselle, etc).
Le coin couvert près de la piscine était très chaud (une grande toile pour protéger du soleil). Il faudrait terminer le toit en dur (bois, tuiles).

Nagyon jól felszerelt apartman, nagy konyhával, terasszal. Egyszerű, gyors bejutás az apartmanba. A kérdéseinkre mindig gyors választ kaptunk, utolsó nap a late check-out is megoldható volt, amit nagyon köszönünk.
