The house is located in a terrain of 14 000 m2 planted with olive trees. The terrain of the house and the garden is 5000m2. The villa has 360 m2, and is provided with a astounding swimming pool and BBQ area.
It is conveniently connected to the main auto route, which allows easy access to the airport and to any part of the island. The closest villages are Campanet and Sa Pobla, which are about 2 minutes drive away. Both these villages have furnished super markets, and local bars/restaurants.
Inca, which is the biggest village in the area, is 6 km away through the auto route. Inca has a movie theater, all kinds of shops and supermarkets, and public transportation to Palma.
Guest access
The house has a stunning swimming pool of 14,5x8m with a barbecue area. The finca has two floors. On the main floor there is a hall, a kitchen with eating area, a bedroom, a dinning room and a living room. On the second floor, you can find 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite) and a huge terrace. There are many parking places outside the house. Guests are allowed to use every described part of the house. The basement will remain closed and not accessible to guests.
