About this villa rental
Villa Olivo is an exquisite stunning beautiful Villa, 150 years old still retains its original elegance. It has recently been sympathetically restored, with tender loving care, to ensure its traditional charm continues.
This magnificent villa is set in large grounds, with "wonderful views and tranquility". The Villa is approximately 350 square meters and plot measures 50,000 square meters, overlooking a small valley offering exclusive privacy, yet is within walking distance to the Pollensa Golf, for those avid golfers, should you desire.
The interior is spacious and well furnished, provides both modern amenities combined with traditional style and charm with quality fittings and fixtures throughout
The front door leads you into a delightful light and airy lounge, from this area leads into a large dining room with large glass windows one wall with views, and is stylishly furnished with its gorgeous purple sofas and stylish lights over the dining table. Also from the lounge door lead out to the large covered terrace facing the pool, BBQ and countryside beyond with its large table, and stylish terrace furnishings.
Leading directly off the lounge area, takes you into the super spacious country style fully fitted kitchen, with door leading out to covered terrace with direct access to pool and BBQ zone.
Hallway leads off to a twin bedroom and separate shower room with step in shower recess.
Stairs with handrail, lead up to the top floor, where and comprises, a large master bedroom with doors opening out to a private balcony, this bedroom has a large en suite complete bathroom with separate step in shower cubicle, on the same level is a further double bedroom with private en suite complete bathroom with its feature marble tiles around the corner style bath. There are two twin bedrooms also on this top level, and a further separate shower bathroom. Note. The two twin bedrooms share this bathroom.
The fabulous large pool with its roman steps, is located at the front of the Villa, is accessed by two steps off the covered terrace, and includes ramp access, its large extension of grass on three sides and raised terrace the other side of the pool is an idyllic spot to relax, as the pool can be viewed from the lounge, kitchen and terrace location is ideal for monitoring of children, an added bonus the large built in covered BBQ adjacent, supplies a refrigerator and music system, simply perfect, for alfresco eating.
Villa Olivo is without doubt a unique and magnificent villa, set in secluded grounds, with amazing countryside views, yet walkable to the Golf Club. It offers everything you could possibly require for a wonderful holiday, with Pollensa a few mins drive away, offering its charm of chic sidewalk cafes, and abundance of restaurants to choose from. Also nearby, again a short drive, the wonderful turquoise sea of Cala St. Vincent with its three cove beaches, and stunning views, not forgetting a little further away, Puerto Pollensa, with its lovely beaches and facilities, resulting, Villa Olivo, is an ideal villa not to be missed, for its countryside location with easy access to all amenities and beaches. Children are welcome, although Villa Olivo is not specifically designed for wheelchair guests, the villa is wheelchair friendly.

Perfect accommodation for six adults and four children. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and dining room, swimming pool, and very helpful landlord. All went perfectly. Good location with supermarkets nearby.

Our group of eight has just returned from a wonderful, totally relaxing week in Villa El Olivo. We loved the peaceful off the beaten track location amidst ancient olive groves, with views to a forested escarpment and distant mountains, and only sheep bells and bird calls to break the silence.
The villa itself is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool is a good size and the villa, pool, gardens, and outside areas, including the bbq, are all very well maintained.
Communication with Jose was always very quick and easy.
It was a pleasure to meet Jose and his family. Villa El Olivo is clearly very much a family affair, they are fantastic hosts who all put a lot of effort into caring for their property and making sure our stay there was relaxing and completely hassle free.

This spacious and quite private villa is better than the website photos suggest. Bedrooms are comfortable, outdoor table to seat 10.
Pool loved by children (aged 5-9) who also enjoyed the space to run around and explore safely.

We booked the villa prior to the covid outbreak to celebrate a special birthday, but with all the travel restrictions, especially from the US where several of our party where travelling from, we had to move our trip from 2021 to 2022 and Jose kindly moved our booking forward without any problem.
The villa is beautifully situated, surrounded by countryside and the hills and only a short drive from Pollensa, which was very convenient. The house itself was beautifully furnished and very clean. Every need was catered for and Jose dealt with any issues as quickly as possible, although we only had one small one. The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was lit in the evening, and spent most of their time there. There was plenty of shade for those that wanted it and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. A holiday to remember for a long time……….it really is highly recommended.
