FALORIA Studio Apartment

The apartment was quite nice. The kitchen was well equipped with enough facilities to be self-contained. The location was great - super close to the main town and church and a supermarket as well. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to understand. There was lots of space for parking as well.

it was very expensive, and I don't think the apartment was 100% worth the money. The washing machine didn't work for us. We tried looking up how to fix it but nothing helped and the owner wasn't able to help us either. Also, the bathroom got quite stuffy after showers and everything stayed damp and didn't dry properly.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma gli spazi sono sfruttati in maniera ottimale, è molto accogliente e gli elettrodomestici sono tutti nuovi,date le dimensioni, difficilmente si poteva fare meglio. Biancheria pulita, letto comodo, materasso di medio spessore tendente al morbido, personalmente preferisco materassi più rigidi ma ho dormito molto bene,cucina completa per due persone,non c'è molto ma c'è tutto il necessario. Il personale, contattabile solo via messaggio, è molto gentile ,disponibile e risponde subito . La posizione è ottima,alle porte del paese e per questo fuori dalla confusione del centro,il quale è comunque raggiungibile in meno di dieci minuti a piedi, parcheggio grande e molto comodo, piccolo spazio verde esterno,in relazione alla zona risulta estremamente silenzioso

A voler essere pignoli e per dovere di cronaca non ho trovato lo scolapasta,e solo per una questione di gusto personale non mi sarebbe dispiaciuto un bollitore

La ubicación, departamento cálido.

Trato despersonalizado (sólo por mje), faltaba pava para calentar agua, tostadora y colador de pastas. Me quedé 7 noches y sólo me dieron 1 jabón diminuto.

We needed self catering in Cortina. The place was clean, and a very useful "welcome pack" with oil, balsamic vinegar, organic waste bags, cleaning materials etc. was provided. The agency were quick to respond by WhatApp with questions, but very slow to actually DO anything.

Registration: Prior to travel, I was requested to fill in a long and complicated on-line form including photographs of each occupant holding his/her own ID. On day of arrival I was asked to make a bank transfer of the city tax (from the middle of a forest walk in a foreign country using an unsecured WiFi - that is just not a fair request), Access. Agency told us to drive 40 miles downhill to collect the keys at their office. When I said this was unsuitable, they told me the code for the key box. It would have been OK had we been coming from the opposite direction, but to even suggest such a journey was ridiculous. Why not just give me the key box code? We never saw any staff. Accommodation: The room was dingy and dark - almost a basement. It was OK because the weather was good and we were out most of the time. Communal door lock: As part of a complex, all the apartment dwellers entered a communal door. Our key did not fit this well. Sometimes it needed about 5 minutes fiddling and a lot of luck to open this communal door. This was an intermittent fault. The Agency responded to my WhatsApp complaint but never did anything about this. The recycling bins were a total mess.
