This is the best place around. The villas are brand new, extremely clean and modern. Each villa has a private pool, sea view and it is a fully equipped. Tranquility, easy access to beaches, tavernas and shops. Definitely come back.

The perfect villa for family vacation

It was just perfect! The host is very lovely and helpful person. He recommended us the best spots in Chalkidiki ans helped us with everything. Now to the villa itself: the house is very well equipped it has just everything you need and more! Everything is brand new and very clean. We had the best family vacation ever. We will definitely come back :) Do not hesitate to book this villa!

The location is perfect, a few minutes drive from the beach and local amenities. The villa is new with individual parking and a personal pool, each villa has all required modern features and is thoughtfully laid out. Was perfect for our family of three with two double beds. The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a private villa with amazing views and wants to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

Great place, amazing host, will definitely recommend

These are 6 brand new villas with an amazing host - Kali who was very polite and caring. Each of the villas has a great outdoor space, where you can eat, work or simply enjoy. Each villa has it's own private pool (6-7m in length to 3m width) and a view of the sea and nearby village. Flogita, where the villas are located, has an amazing beach and great places to eat. Beach itself is 1-2 mins by car and 10-15 min walking. Nea Moudania (the largest town in Halkidiki) is just 6km or 5 min drive away, with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. All in all it was an amazing place to stay. Thank you Kali for the hospitality! We'll surely recommend.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad

Onwijs fijne vakantie gehad. Voor het eerst met onze baby van 7 maand, en het was perfect. Ruime tuin met heerlijk zwembad. Ze komen om de paar dagen schoonmaken, en elke ochtend het zwembad schoonmaken en het terras. Echt alles is zo goed en netjes onderhouden. De eigenaar was ook erg behulpzaam. Zou het iedereen aanraden. De omgeving is leuk en niet toeristisch wat wij heel prettig vonden. Je hebt wel een auto nodig.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und funktional eingerichtet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und auch die Innenreinigung des Hauses inklusive Handtuchwechsel erfolgte zuverlässig und gründlich. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Kally: unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit! Er war jederzeit ansprechbar, hatte tolle Tipps für Strände und Restaurants, war dabei aber nie aufdringlich – genau die richtige Balance. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Heerlijk huisje, genot om te zijn, voor de mooiere omgeving wel auto nemen

Het huisje was netjes, schoon en zo goed als helemaal compleet. Geregelde schoonmaak, schone handdoeken, erg prettig. Goedwerkende airco. En super praktisch dat er een wasmachine was. De gastheer is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het aller prettigste aan het huisje is de heerlijke, goed onderhouden tuin met ruim zwembad, prettige ligbedden en fijne schaduwplekken. Je kijkt mooi uit over een stukje platteland en ziet ook de zee.

Het dorp en strand van Flogita, wat het dichtste bij is, vonden wij in het hoogseizoen erg druk. Het strand is er niet zo mooi en we vonden de sfeer ook niet zo aangenaam. Om de echt mooie gebieden van Chalkidiki te ontdekken en mooie stranden te bezoeken zul je de auto moeten nemen.

Perfekter Urlaub für Ruhesuchende

Die Lage der Unterkunft war für unseren Geschmack perfekt. Es war ein super Ausgangspunkt um die Region Chalkidiki zu erkunden. Wir haben die Ruhe abseits des Dorfes sehr genossen. Dennoch war man dicht genug dran um mit den bereit gestellten Fahrrädern schnell zum Bäcker oder zum Strand zu radeln (Fußweg 10Min). Unser Gastgeber hat uns herzlich begrüßt (trotz Verspätung) und sich viel Zeit genommen um uns nicht nur das Haus zu zeigen, sondern auch Empfehlungen für die Region mitzuteilen. Wir konnten ihn jederzeit erreichen, er stand mit Rad und Tat zur Seite und hat auch gern über Land und Leute berichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft, alles tadellos und im einwandfreien Zustand. Das Gelände der Villa Esperanza traumhaft schön, die Auffahrt ist gesäumt von Lavendel… zu unserer Überraschung wurden wir regelmäßig mit Aprikosen aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt, auch wurde die Unterkunft während unseres Aufenthaltes zwischendurch gereinigt und die Handtücher ausgewechselt. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen! Danke Kally 😀
