The area was quiet and walking along the roads felt safe. It was very easy to get to the beautiful beach. The house was pretty clean and had most of what we needed. To make the stay better, these could be attended to:Replace the cooking pots and pans. They are mostly nonstick and scratched, this is not safe. Fix the kitchen cabinet door that is broken. Supply more cutlery. Clean up the backyard. Put shades on the back deck so it can be enjoyed in the afternoon. Fix the lint catcher in the dryer. The accumulation of lint could cause a fire. Put a grab bar in the downstairs shower.All that being said, we did enjoy our stay.

Just the right distance to the beach, safeway right around the corner, the climb from the beach to the house was steep but it got my fat ass moving so that's good too.

The view is spectacular! We enjoyed sitting in the living room and watching waves come in. However, the furniture was not very comfortable. The pots and pan in the kitchen were very worn and not stocked well enough (no cookie sheets, foil or plastic wrap). The basement bedroom was also in need of updating. But overall, we enjoyed the location of the house. It was fine.
