Great value for the price, loved that we were within walking distance to most attractions in the city center. We really appreciated the fact that every room had its own AC unit. Most rooms had great sound isolation from the street (except the one with access to the balcony). The toilet came equipped with a bidet attachment, which nicely compensated the requirement not to flush TP down the drain

The elevator in the building is really small and old, could barely fit 2 people (and the apt is located on the top floor). Wifi was quite slow, and we had to buy garbage bags for the toilet bin ourselves

The flat's main USP is the location. It is less than 300m from Aristotle Square, which means everything is close by. Lot's of restaurants, cafe's, taverns, supermarkets just stones throw away. The flat is quite spacious. It can easily accommodate 5 adults. Being the only flat on the floor, it is quiet with no one to bother you. And it being the last floor, you get the privacy too. The flat was well equipped with all necessities. The owner was proactive and ensured we did not experience any issues. He was quite responsive.

The kitchen supplies were left us wanting. After a while eating away we felt like having a home cooked meal. We were provided a very large utensil and a very small one. We had to make do. So this is an area that can be improved. The lift in the apartment is quite congested. We have to do multiple trips for everyone to reach. Being an old apartment, we sort of expected it. It is no fault of the property itself though.

mobierul de la baie este uzat, mucegai la cabina de dus, 2 dintre aerele conditionate vechi si necuratate si am dormit in caldura. Vase murdare in dulap.
