Good but not suitable for 8 people

The flat has a lovely large balcony and is very spacious throughout. It was well located and easy to get to with a supermarket across the street. Air conditioning worked. Flat located on 7th floor but there is a small elevator. The landlord was responsive.

The description of the sleeping arrangements were not correct. There was meant to be 2 sofa beds in the living room and 1 in one of the bedrooms. There was only 1 sofa bed in the living room, which was as hard as a rock, and no sofa bed in the bedroom. We ended up having to buy a blow up mattress to accommodate everyone comfortably. There were also a couple of broken chairs on the balcony and 1 in the kitchen.

Great properly, very beautiful decorated and very convenient location.

The main entrance lock was faulty and could be opened only with key/handle not the bell-inconvenient as someone had always to come downstairs to let us in (5 people and 2 sets of keys )

First time the accommodations it's exactly like in the photos + extra toilet ! Very big , clean apartment. Simple but nice decorated.Had everything a family would need and more ... Can accommodate easily 6 persons. Makes you feel at home .Very big balcony ! Close to absolutely everything ( shops , market , touristic areas).Mihalis was very helpful and kind . Easy access to the key.I recommend it 100% and we will definitely go back . Thank you for such a pleasant stay !

Nice central top floor flat

Good location, nice and central location, roomy apartment. No problems with the internet. The flat is located on the top floor (7th floor) and there is a small working lift. Nice sitting area outside with wooden table, but I guess this table is moved indoors during the winter because there is no dining table inside.

The beds are very firm and would have been much better with a topper mattress fitted to add to their comfort. The electric hob is damaged with a large crack making 1 ring unsafe to use. I do not know how long it has been like this, but the hob really should be replaced. Unfortunately, there is building work going on in the block at different times of the day and regularly going on into the evening. It's not the host's fault but it would have been better to have known before we stayed.

Very close to everything you need and the terrace is great.

One of the air conditioners was not working as expected and it was very hot.The table and some of the chairs from the terrace were broken

The wonderful place! Totally coincides with the photos, plus there is a new WC room, which is very convenient for large companies. What is really useful: an iron, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, lots of dishes. The host is very friendly and helpful, thanks a lot!

Relax and fun in Thessaloniki

Много комфортен и добре обзаведен апартамент с всичко необходимо. Локацията е прекрасна, супер близо до центъра на Солун. Удобно разположен паркинг, почти до сградата /20 евро/. Изкарахме приятно и забавно! Благодарим!

Zentral gelegene helle und saubere Wohnung mit genialer Terrasse!

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen gelungenen Besuch braucht. Die große Terrasse und das helle Wohnzimmer waren genial!

Es fehlte in der Wohnung ein Tisch, an dem man gemeinsam essen konnte. Es gab aber einen Tisch auf der Terrasse mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Bei den kühleren Temperaturen Anfang März, war der jedoch für uns vor allem morgens und abends keine Option.

Báječný apartmán v srdci Thessaloniki.

Výborně umístěné ubytování poblíž všeho důležitého. Apartmán je neskutečně prostorný a vzdušný, vybavený vším, co potřebujete. Navíc nabízí opravdu velkou terasu, kde se dá trávit příjemný večer s vínem (nevím, jak za parného léta, ale v říjnu tu bylo nádherně).

Postele jsou dřevěné a i přes komfortní matraci při každém pohybu vrzaly až to člověka budilo.

Nel cuore di Thessaloniki, un appartamento spazioso e accogliente.

La struttura si trova in una zona centrale della città, non lontana dall'Arco di Galerio. La zona è molto tranquilla e piena di market e ristoranti tipici. I gestori della struttura sono stati estremamente gentili e si sono costantemente tenuti in contatto con noi per garantire il massimo dell'assistenza. Le chiavi sono state, inoltre, reperite facilmente grazie a un piccolo locker posizionato nelle vicinanze del portone di ingresso. La casa si è presentata pulita, luminosa, spaziosa; tutti i letti erano comodi e il terrazzo ci ha permesso di godere di un tramonto bellissimo. Anche i bagni erano puliti e, quello padronale, abbastanza spazioso. Il mio giudizio è estremamente positivo e torneremo sicuramente in futuro!

In generale, non ci sono stati aspetti negativi nel soggiorno. Le uniche cose che non funzionavano (lo scarico drenava poco e la porta-finestra che dava sul terrazzo era difficile da aprire) ci sono state immediatamente segnalate e ci è stata offerta subito assistenza.
