The location is the best part about these rooms. This is our second time booking this and everything was great as usual. Great value for money, satisfying facilities, very kind and welcoming staff.

The only thing I would recommend is maybe adding a chair and table in the balcony but of course that is not a necessity but would be a good touch.

Excellent Location, Well Appointed Room

The room had everything that was needed, central location to all the tour meeting points, easy to find a delicious meal, response hosts. We were able to extend the stay by a day with little effort. I'll defninitely return.

It was a nice stay near every attraction

The room is clean with everything we needed for our four days in Thessaloniki. It was a one bedroom apartment with a nice bathroom and an incredible view of Tsimiski. The room was 2 minutes away from Aristotelous, bus stations and the metro station!! Everything else was about 10-15 minutes away. There is a working elevator, warm water and good WiFi connection.

I would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper because Tsimiski road is just below us. The bathroom was clean, tho there is no door for the shower and it would flood the bathroom if you weren’t careful. There also wasn’t enough toilet paper so we had to buy some on our own. The bed is also a little hard to sleep on but overall comfortable. The walls are a little thin but not too much to be a problem.

Great location, and better now that the Metro has opened. Only 50 metre walk to Venizelou metro station. Lots of great restaurants within 100 metres, close to sea front. Very quiet

I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The location is a major advantage – it’s very close to the city center, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it ideal for both exploring and relaxing. The property looked just like the pictures and matched the description provided, which was reassuring. The value for money was good, offering a fair balance between price and quality. While there are a few aspects that could be improved, overall, it’s a place worth considering. I believe that with some small updates, it could become an even better option for future stays. Also, the staff was really nice and helpful letting us to do an early check in and a late check out.

The property was nice and close to the centre of Aristotelous. Easy to get around. The property was a good size with a lot of space.

The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. To firm and had no cushion support. The iron was very dirty and the ironing board was way too small.

Amazing value for money

Position, value for money, easy access, amenities (fridge, kettle, coffee machine even without coffee capsules available it’s a plus to have!). The best part was how kind the owner to let us enter the apartment 4hr earlier than the usual check in!!!!! Thank you so much again.

Won’t ever happen again!

The room was more or less clean

The apartment is situated on Egnatia, the busiest street in Thessaloniki, so the noise is overwhelming, and there's no soundproofing in the building. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms as well, making it impossible to sleep. I originally booked for four nights but ended up leaving after the second due to the sleepless nights. When I reached out to the host to express my concerns and ask if any other rooms were available, they informed me that all rooms were booked. The host made no effort to address the issue, and when I told the owner I was leaving early, despite having paid for four nights, they didn’t even offer a refund for the two unused nights. As someone who manages apartments myself, I know what good customer service looks like, and this experience was a huge disappointment. I can’t recommend this place to anyone. Greeks are typically warm and accommodating, but this was a letdown. I ended up booking another place for two nights instead.

The door of the bathroom didn't open. The sofa bad was not comfortable. the garbage where in the room when we arrived.The balcony had some stairs that where open to other apartments it was a little strange! Not enough towels.

Not recommend if you want to relax and not clean the whole stay.

Good location.

The bathroom is awfully built. After a 10 minute shower the whole apartment was flooded. After informing the staff, they gave us instructions on where to find a mop and mop it ourselves. Spent 2 hours cleaning the water from the whole apartment instead of relaxing. Do not recommend.

A perfect stay

My stay here was absolutely perfect. I am extremely satisfied with everything. The room and the bathroom were very clean, and the space was very cozy. There's plenty of space for a couple. The bedding was so comfortable, and the couch could open to a double bed, which was also very comfortable. On around the second day, they message you asking if you need anything, which is really nice. You are provided with a hairdryer, an iron for your clothes, coffee mashine, shampoo and shower gel and towels. Its so close to the center just a minute away from aristotelous. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and I will consider it again for my next stay.

Η τοποθεσια ηταν κεντρικοτατη, διπλα στην Αριστοτελους (πανω στην Εγνατιας) και κοντα στο Μετρο. Τα δωματια ηταν πολυ καθαρα. Ειχαμε καποια προβληματακια με το δωματιο αλλα ο οικοδεσποτης ηταν πολυ εξυπηρετικος και τα διορθωσε ολα.

Τα μπροστινα δωματια ειχαν πολυ φασαρια καθως ηταν πανω στον κεντρικο δρομο! Ισως θα επρεπε να ειχαν παντοφλες μιας χρησης! Και ισως το παπλωματακι θα επρεπε να ειναι λιγο μεγαλυτερο. Φυσικα εχει A/C και δεν κρυωνεις.

Υπάρχουν 3 4διαμερισματα. Ενώ είχα δει στις φωτογραφίες θέα στην Εγνατίας αντιθέτως το δωμάτιο μας κοίταζε σε κάτι ταράτσες με τσιγκους. Δεν με χάλασε πολύ βέβαια γιατί λείπαμε όλη μέρα.Το μπάνιο θέλει ανακατασκευή

Ηταν κοντά στην αριστοτελους,5 λεπτά με το πόδια χαλαρά , ήταν πολύ καθαρό ,οι καθαρίστριες ευγενικές , είχε καλη ηχομόνωση παρόλο που είναι πάνω στην Εγνατία και δεν σταματάνε ποτέ τα αμάξια δεν είχαμε θέμα με τον θόρυβο ,παρόλο που δεν είχε καθόλου ήλιο δεν ξεμείναμε ποτέ από ζεστό νερό . Επίσης είναι πολύ κεντρικά και δεν φοβάσαι καθόλου το βράδυ .

Θα ήθελα ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό έστω όταν μπαίνεις γιατί αν φτάσει κανείς μεσάνυχτα πρέπει να ψάχνει περίπτερο ,και θα ήθελα να έχει το μπάνιο τζαμί -πόρτα να κλείνει γιατί γέμιζε η τουαλέτα νερά ,που σημαίνει δεν ήσουν άνετα 100%
