Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική και μπορείς να κάνεις άνετα τη δουλειά σου στη πόλη. Το δωμάτιο φαίνονταν πραγματικά καθαρό. Υπάρχουν επί πληρωμή πάρκινγκ κοντά και σε σχετικά καλή τιμή για κέντρο. Το πάρκινγκ που διαθέτει επί πληρωμή το κατάλυμα είναι αισθητά ακριβότερο.
Το κλιματιστικό στο πρώτο δωμάτιο λειτουργούσε μόνο σαν "ανεμιστήρας" και δεν έβγαζε ψύξη. Χρειάζεται υγρά ή ... αντικατάσταση. Στο δεύτερο δωμάτιο το κλιματιστικό είναι ΟΚ. Το μπάνιο κατασκευαστικά είναι στενό, ιδιαίτερα η θέση της λεκάνης δεν θα εξυπηρετήσει λίγο περισσότερο μεγαλόσωμους ανθρώπους καθώς τρακάρεις στον νιπτήρα.
