Welcome to our apartment 'Sina'.
You live here quietly in a pure, quiet family residential street, central to Cologne, Cologne / fair, Leverkusen and Bergisch Gladbach.

Quiet, yet very central location, very well-kept, attractive furnishings, extensive kitchen facilities, beautiful balcony with forest view, parking directly in front of the house and a purely family-style living environment -
You will feel comfortable with us.
Our house has a bit of a slope - so the apartment is on the ground floor when you enter it, but has a balcony on the garden side.
The apartment is therefore particularly suitable for seniors who no longer want to climb many steps.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, TV.
an additional single bed (a real bed, no sofa bed!) in the living room.
