You live here quietly in a pure, quiet family residential street, central to Cologne, Cologne / fair, Leverkusen and Bergisch Gladbach.
Please also visit our private website, where you can have a look at all of our three apartments in one go.

The apartment can accommodate 4 - 6 people, you can sleep in two separate rooms.

Bus and train connections: You can easily reach Bergisch Gladbacher, Leverkusen and Cologne city center, but also the Cologne trade fair from us by bus and train, you can leave your car at home.
Bus connection every 10 minutes, bus stop only 6 minutes away on foot.

Sehr netter Empfang.
Sogleich raus auf die Terrasse, Kaffee im Sonnenschein - Urlaubsfeeling perfekt.
Super Ausstattung, sehr gepflegt- alles, wie es uns gefällt.

Wir waren im Sommer in dieser schönen Wohnung einquartiert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung wurde uns persönlich übergeben und alles wurde uns gezeigt.
Obwohl wir erst recht spät anreisen konnten, ging das alles unkompliziert vonstatten.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht.
Die Lage ist genial, weil man sehr schön ruhig mit grüner Umgebung wohnt, aber andererseits ganz schnell in Köln ist - wir haben immer das Auto stehenlassen und sind mit der Straßenbahn gefahren, 20 Minuten.
Familie Schulte hat einen riesendicken Ordner mit allen möglichen Ausflugszielen in der Wohnung liegen, sehr gepflegt, keine losen Blätter und Flyer, wie wir das sonst schon erlebt haben.
Da sind so viele tolle Ideen dabei, dass wir gar nicht alles machen konnten, was wir uns ausgesucht hatten.
Auch deswegen steht für uns jetzt schon fest, dass wir auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederkommen.
Danke, liebe Familie Schulte, man merkt Ihrer Ferienwohnung an, dass Sie mit viel Herz dabei sind!

Wegen eines Wasserschadens musste ich von einem Tag auf den anderen meine Mutter auswärtig unterbringen.
Frau Schulte hat sich liebevoll und einfühlend gekümmert, meine Mutter hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben und heimisch gefühlt.
In der Wohnung hat sich sich sehr gut zurechtgefunden, alles war da, was sie benötigte.
Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, da war jemand mit Herz bei der Sache. Danke dafür!
Und herzlichen Dank auch für diese sehr spontane, schnelle und liebevolle Hilfe!
