At home between Cologne and Düsseldorf

The apartment is a fully furnished, spacious (104 square meters), bright and friendly three-room apartment, which provides accommodation for up to five people. The large east-facing balcony and the west-facing seating area for coffee after work or lifts are particularly beautiful. In about 15 minutes you can walk to downtown Opladen, with numerous restaurants, pubs, shops and much more. A local recreation area is right on the doorstep.

The living room

The apartment is on the first floor of a two family house. Originally it was a bungalow. In 2016/2017 the house was extended to this apartment. That means the apartment meets all current technical requirements. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker and gas oven. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and of course there is a guest toilet.

In addition, the spacious storage room and a pointed floor allow luggage and the like to be stowed away comfortably.

I am happy to provide my guests with a bicycle.

Since I have just built (increased) the apartment myself, it is extremely important to me to treat the apartment and the furnishings with care. I will be happy to take your tips and suggestions for improvement if something is still needed! Just drop in every now and then!

Access for guests

The spacious balcony cannot be seen from the outside. The view goes directly into the green. The flooring is made of pine.
Due to the completely separate access via an external staircase, the apartment is completely independent and can be used separately from the ground floor apartment.

Interaction with guests

Of course I am always available for questions. Perhaps there is time for a cup of tea or coffee on the balcony.
