About this house rental
"The Cozy Spirit No. 5" is on the dock at the port of Saint-Valery, facing the rising sun, you can admire from your awakening magnificent sunrise over the bay and the port.
It is located next to the salt loft and the tourist office.
The house has been completely renovated in the spirit of hygiene and pampering: parquet flooring throughout the house, comfort of the club and chesterfield chairs, remote control gas stove, the 3 bedrooms (including 1 master suite) and the living room have a view directly on the harbor , bedding is new and comfortable, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets (one per floor), new open kitchen, overlooking a patio.
The renovation was done in a spirit of comfort, calm and luxury, while retaining the seal of the small fishing houses.
The bathrooms are spacious, showers size xxl (1 bathroom on the 1st floor is equipped with a double sink), the master suite on the 2nd floor is under the eaves and is the 2nd floor.
The open kitchen has been completely redone and is fully equipped, the dining area is under a glass roof and overlooks a patio.
The location is ideal, we are close to all shops and boutiques.

Cozy Spirit No 5 was an absolute gem for us for a long weekend. The property is attractively furnished with a very well equipped kitchen & beautiful bathrooms. The position of it across from the river allowed for watching the world go by. It was a 5 minute stroll to the main street with a plethora of restaurants & 15 minutes to the medieval part of town. Parking was easy - we couldn't have been closer to the house & we didn't move it for 4 days. It was more economical to pay for a week's parking at 40 euros. Would highly recommend this holiday home for a lovely relaxing break.

Wunderschön renoviertes kleines Häuschen direkt am Hafen und am Beginn der Fußgängerzone in St. Valerie. Wir wren mir drei erwachsenen eine Woche dort und haben uns prächtig erholt. Die Dampfeisenbahn fährt direkt am Haus vorbei - sehr romantisch.
Das Haus hat drei Stockwerke - EG mit Wohnzimmer, Küche und kleinem Freisitz.
Im ersten Stock zwei Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad, im DG noch ein Atelier mit eigenem Bad.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr freundlich.
Freie Parkplätze in der Nähe finden sich eigentlich immer - nicht selbstverständlich in St. Valery.
Wir würden es wieder mieten.
